Ordered 31$ worth of food lettuce on every sandwich and wrap was brown and soda in lobby was straight carbonation! Called in to talk to a manager bc I got food to go but had to go inside bc I had trailer hooked to my truck and the person could barley speak English and offerd no refund or anything! Terrible! And they want paid 15$ or more an hr and can't even give you quality or half decent food or service! This is the problem with America!!!!

Slow - Understaffed

I don’t like giving bad reviews but something needs to happen. It’s was 02/23/24 @ 7:20p. First we waited 20 mins in the drive through line to then be told that they were no longer taking orders at the window. Inside we were greeted by a filthy restaurant with only one kiosk working. Unfortunately there was only one cook who was doing his best while 4 other employees watched and waited for him. We then proceeded to wait for another 25 mins for our order to be ready. By the time we got our bag of food it was cold. They also had their machines down behind the counter which didn’t help. They seemed very disorganized and didn’t have the proper staff in place. There was no need to have 4 people taking orders and only one cook. The other thing I noticed, there were a few people who came in to order and had their food before us. I never expected to spend a literal hour waiting for fast food. They also didn’t offer an apology for the wait, just handed us our food. I’ve attached a photo of the order behind the counter and how long we were waiting to show proof because the kiosk didn’t give us a receipt.

All I know is don’t work for them they are the worst company to work for a specially the general manager angel he will sit there and say sorry for what happened i didn’t mean to screw you over but if he was so sorry for screwing you over on your shift witch apparently he really wasn’t because he will sit there and do the same thing again the following week but then he will sit there and say i forgot but if you forget all the time then you shouldn’t be the Gm bottom line

They will mess up your order pretty much every time. Food quality is also terrible. The worse part is, when you go back because the order is wrong, the manager will LAUGH in your face and say there's nothing she can do.

The chicken was old in the snack wrap. The sad part was we had to pull off to the side and wait a few minutes. One wrap was good. Hot crispy chicken. Then the 2nd wrap tasted funky, like it was old. Why make us wait maybe 10 minutes and serve us old chicken?The drive through person was polite and nice and had a good greeting.
