They can never make a coffee how it’s ordered, they didn’t even put bacon on my bacon avocado toast. Don’t waste your time here, go to any small business coffee shop in town and you are guaranteed better service.

Very slow speed, quite inefficient so much so that if you order donuts at the counter they have you wait rather than just grabbing the donuts there and then. This has been the case multiple times here for me unfortunately.

Popular spot that often runs out of my fav doughnuts if I don't show early enough. Proof that their rotation stays fresh. Customer service is always top notch!! I appreciate the employees dedication even when the line is out of the parking lot they always get my order correct. One of our regular breakfast spots.

Alot of young people work here They are busy on there phones rather then making the orders. Alot of them are rude. Mess up orders quite frequently
Continuously makes my orders wrong and gets mad when I ask them to correct it.

The drink I like is never made right at this location. It always tastes nasty. I have tried it 3 times. Never have this issue at other locations. Went there for what should have been my final time last week. Ordered, paid then I'm told they don't have what I ordered. Kid ( aspen) refused to give me a refund. The the 5 employees there at that time where not allowed only a manager. But told me I can have something for free. Technically not free you owe me money for the item I paid for but didn't receive. Had to go back next day for refund. Now tonight 2 hours before they close same kid tells me the kitchen is closed I can't get nothing. Which I know is a lie or they closed it early so their lazy butt's didn't have to work. I have gone to the one in Mt joy at 845 and still received my food item. Same with this location in Harrisburg ( the new one near Walmart). This location in Elizabethtown is trash. You csn tell by the 3.5 overall rating it has!! Such a shame

if you move the same speed as a turtle, you are the perfect candidate for a dunkin employee. seriously, this is the WORST dunkin in the area. all of the employees look constantly miserable. you mobile order and still have to wait 20 minutes for an iced coffee. employees outside smoking cigarettes with the door wide open. absolute joke of an establishment. my money will be spent at the mount joy dunkin
