I use to go to location often . I would say over a year ago you could pick up a decent cup of coffee . I had the worst coffee the last few times. It is absolutely horrible and tastes very very bitter . The color is always off and it’s truly so bad it can’t even be drank or fixed with my own creamer. Idk what is going on but it’s not okay.

They struggle to get the orders right. I've gotten the wrong drink on more than one occasion. Today they messed up both drinks in my order. They consistently mess up flavors, forget the cream and sugar, and then just say it was a new person everytime. Turnover there must be very high.

I had thee best experience today at this Dunkin! I originally got a latte and a when I tried it I realized it didn’t have espresso in it. I went back because I know how easy it is to make a mistake, it was no biggy! There was this man not sure of his name who had tats all over who went above and beyond to correct the mistake! He represented customer service at its finest! This man deserves a pay raise! 10/10 Dunkin y’all are amazing!

Used to stop everyday for coffee and a sandwich before work. After multiple times of having to pour my coffee out and food not being edible. I gave up on giving them chances to change thought maybe someone had an off day. Now I drive a couple miles out of my way to Good day coffee . Staffing definitely has changed or something.

I’m giving this location 2 stars simply bc the staff is at least kind and helpful and the store is clean and has a good atmosphere. Unfortunately the last three times I ordered coffee from them it’s awful. This morning my coworker and I both had the worse coffee drinks we couldn’t even drink. We went to the Starbucks down the street and laid to re order our drinks. I’m not sure why I order the same drink at every Dunkin’ (and I am all over the place for work) and this is the only location that repeatedly messes if up.
