Every time I order food, they mess it up, either I’m missing items or the food is burnt or the sandwiches are toasted when I ask for not toasted. It’s incredible how consistently they mess it up.

I’m giving this location 2 stars simply bc the staff is at least kind and helpful and the store is clean and has a good atmosphere. Unfortunately the last three times I ordered coffee from them it’s awful. This morning my coworker and I both had the worse coffee drinks we couldn’t even drink. We went to the Starbucks down the street and laid to re order our drinks. I’m not sure why I order the same drink at every Dunkin’ (and I am all over the place for work) and this is the only location that repeatedly messes if up.

They can never make a coffee how it’s ordered, they didn’t even put bacon on my bacon avocado toast. Don’t waste your time here, go to any small business coffee shop in town and you are guaranteed better service.

Very slow speed, quite inefficient so much so that if you order donuts at the counter they have you wait rather than just grabbing the donuts there and then. This has been the case multiple times here for me unfortunately.

I appreciate the employees dedication even when the line is out of the parking lot they always get my order correct. One of our regular breakfast spots.
