We ordered two coffees today with cream and sugar. One tasted like straight creamer with water, and the other tasted really good. How do you make two identical coffees with one tasting so bad? We had to throw it out.

This Dunkin is completely trash! Their customer service is completely horrible. They have no time management. Waiting 10 mins for an order that was placed as a mobile order 10 minutes prior! Got a coffee today and a women who was making the coffee had to make a smart comment on how I get my coffee made to her co worker RIGHT IN FRONT of me. I typically am not one to complain but this has been ridiculous! If you are going to judge the way someone likes their drink right in front of them you don’t deserve to work there!

This Dunkin’ has gotten my order wrong at least 5 times I can recall. They’re basically taking my money by giving me the wrong items that are much cheaper than what I paid for. I keep trying to give them more chances because they’re the closest one to me, but I’m tired of not even being able to eat my breakfast some days cause what they give me I can’t have.

Just walked out after waiting 10+ minutes at the counter to buy donuts. The employee on the counter took a customer who came in after me and was having trouble at the kiosk. She never came back to wait on me. I can't rate the food because I was never sold any. I'll never be back.

You can tell they are really unorganized but I think it's cause theyre so new. They are always kind but I've gotten someone elses order and the line for drive through was bad which is sometimes expected but then waited 10 mins for one person in front of me to get one drink just makes me think that something isng right. They arent understaffed from what I can tell but I dont work there so.. its just kinda confusing. Hopefully they can get the help they need.

Every time I request a sandwich with "no cheese" there's cheese on it...every...time. This can be extremely difficult for someone who has dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance or CMPI.
