Ordered a bacon double quarter cheese, realized that one of the two paties wasn't well cooked. Spoke with the manager KAT explaining that one of the two paties felt different. She said that they only cook them from the outside.

You tell me if the top meat looks raw.

This McDonald’s is seriously a step above the rest. The place was spotless floors, tables, even the bathrooms were clean. The staff was super friendly and handled everything with a great attitude, which made the whole vibe better. My order was taken quickly, came out fast, and everything was hot and fresh. Even the drive-thru ran smooth and efficient. You can tell the team here takes pride in their work. Easily one of the best-run locations I’ve been to.

Far too often does this McDonald's screw up orders. This morning we ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and instead received a bacon bagel with cheese. We went back in, they replaced it and checked it and told us it was a steak egg and cheese bagel. We got back to the car and it was the bacon bagel again and with it being too close to 10:30am they refused to replace it. This McDonald's is by far the worst I've been too and doesn't deserve any business.

Update 2 Years Later:

So I decided to give this location a try again and I spent the last 8 months testing. I went twice each month for a total of 16. Out of that 16, 12 of my orders were either wrong, missing items, or horribly put together. Today, they forgot the s'mores mcflurry. I told them and then they turned around and brought out an Oreo mcflurry that wasn't mixed and had ice cream all over the side of the cup. The attitude of the workers was beyond ignorant. This location needs new employment or just needs to be shut down. It's getting to the point where it's not worth it.

I purchased a bar B que bacon quarter pounder meal and when I opened the container for my burger the bacon onions and BarB que were all not on the burger! Is it really that hard to put together a burger. I am very upset because it happens ALL the time at this McDonalds. Plus my medium fries 2 orders of them and they were both half full at best! With rising prices on everything and wages on the rise I expect my food the way I ordered it! I did take a picture of it but it's not giving me the option to share the picture!

It’s sad because one of my own children work here. But I have to tell you, I went through the drive thru just to order some treats for all my kids today after 1015pm and the person on the Mic, well horrible. She sounded like as if she didn’t want to be there, than on top of that it was as if she wanted to rush my order and be bothered by me, and three she had a very like I don’t want to be here attitude. Honestly, if you not that happy at your job than quit. It’s people like her that gives the place a bad review. I know her name started with an M and she had glasses. If that’s the attitude you will have, management should removed her from taking orders in the drive thru and I store register and have her doing something else where she doesn’t need to be around customers. For me it is what it is but let it had been the wrong customer and they were having a bad day, she definitely would have been cursed out.
