Went in through the drive through. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese no onion and no pickles. When I got home and opened my order. Not only was it wrong but wildly so. Instead of doubles I got singles. And even though I ordered them without oinion or pickles they not only had onions and pickles on them but they also had lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. And none of that even comes on the sandwich I ordered. I've been calling the store for 20min and it's just a busy signal. I'm counting this as theft do to the fact that I payed for doubles and only received singles. The sandwich is not the same price there for they over charged.

Wanted a quick bite to eat but received no sauces with the 20 piece nugget order and fries were about halfway full and halfway cooked! Which is disgusting. Food was trash and the employees were not friendly. For over 20$ it was a waste of time and will definitely get better elsewhere.

This is definitely the most trash McDonald's in the tri-county area. Unfortunately this one's closest to me. Today, we expressed verbal excitement when we saw they ACTUALLY remembered to include our sauces (never happens), only to find that we're missing an entire sandwich, and the ones we did get all look, well uhh, freakin TRASH (pic attached). App pickup preorder, still got there and waited like 15+ mins and somehow all the food was still cold, drive-thru was steady but not backed up.. anyways.Do better, E-Town. It's 2024, gotta step it up. Other local McD's restaurants are pretty on-point in comparison these days, and I'm consistently disappointed here. If anyone's passing through and considering stopping by this McDonald's, I'd recommend driving a few mins further to Mt. Joy instead.

Came in here to eat with my daughter. All the tables are dirty and it wasn’t busy. I mentioned to a crew member that no tables are clean and she said I’m trying. She spent more time talking than cleaning the tables. Would have took her less than 5 mins to clean the few tables in this establishment. They need new leadership in here! ?

Waited for over 10min in line for my food and then when I got it my nuggets were cold as well as the fries. I asked for extra ice in my coke and got no ice. Seems like every time I come it's always something. Thinking I may try a different McDonald's.
