Honestly, I would not recommend going to this location. My family used to get food from here now and then but would always be hounded about giving a tip or if we meant to not tip (we planned on giving cash). Today, they crossed the line. We ordered some pizza to be delivered, and when the driver showed up, they brought up about a tip again, and I mentioned how I added it on the app. He then tells me that it's not so and that it was probably their system. Then he goes on to keep asking about getting a tip. When I stated that I'm not going to tip again, he got mad and gave me the food, saying that he just gets nothing. If their system did mess up and not give the tip I put it was still very uncomfortable and unprofessional to keep insisting I give him a tip. I called in to their store to try and explain how I didn't appreciate how rude and unprofessional the driver was, especially because I had guests over along with my our young kids. Originally, the lady who answered the phone was polite and had me talk to the GM. The GM on the other hand was being passive aggressive with trying to say how I got on the phone yelling at everyone and how I was wrong. I admit I did swear once but that was because as the GM said the driver was at the shop while I was on the phone and I can here him getting rude and then in a moment of silence I heard what sounded like him say "Tell them about us being right by a gun shop.". At that moment I got angry and swore because to me that's very unacceptable and personal take that as a threat in a way. When I called them out on it I was told that nobody said anything about guns. I continued to press on it and then the story changed that it was someone talking to 3 people who work at the gun store. Once the call ended a little later the GM called my wife and basically was a different person trying to apologize so they know they were in the wrong. I believe the calls are recorded so I will definitely be calling Corp.

DON'T EAT ANYTHING from this store unless you're wanting to spend time in the hospital. I decided to order pickup from this place even though it was a little further away. I was given two pies that looked like they were from different pies. Slices didn't match up with each other. It was already separated not like it was freshly made. It wasn't even hot, nor was the cheese melted. It looked old not fresh. My husband and son and I spent all day in the bathroom and not in a normal way. My husband and son started to throw the rest in the trash. I'm sending what I had prevented being tossed. To a lab to get tested. I highly recommend you NOT eating anything from this store.
the food was actually a 0/5, i used to love pizza hut but this was honestly a terrible effort. it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be! This place is going downhill, there are so many better pizza places in the area! L pizza hut, L food, piss poor effort.

Previous order was late so I was sent an email for a free large pizza. I stopped there a week and half later to redeem and was told they were running a special that day and I couldn't use the coupon. Very poor service, very poor management. So when can I use it seeing that they run specials all the time!!!!

I had my daughter in Law order 2 lg pizzas 1 with pepperoni and 1 with ham and pineapple. They delivered and they were not good at all. I was very disappointed. Sorry, Bonnie
