Horrible!!!! Ordered a boli and its like they dumped a bowl of soup on the pan when it came out!!!! Bologni sandwich would've been better at home....just saying...
If your gunna eat here, DON'T ORDER TAKE OUT. Legitimately every time, something is wrong. Something BIG. Missing a 20$ Stromboli, getting a veg pizza we didn't order, getting completely wrong Sammy's now than once. The food, top notch. The ordering/delivery aspect is trash.

Maybe it was just an off experience last night. I will say, we will try again. But the pizza even with letting it sit for a little while, the cheese was sliding right off. We are struggling to find a good pizza shop in etown. Lititz def had a few better options and better customer service. My turkey wrap from here was really good but for 14.00 that’s a little steep to not even get fries with it. Customer service also could have been a bit more friendly. Prices are also a little higher compared to other places in the area.

Got a cheeseburger sub with mayo and cheese. Got it and it was only ground burger....no cheese...no mayo. I called to ask for a refund since we live 20 mins away and the owner said that it was impossible that it was made that way and basically called me a liar. I offered to send a picture to prove it and was given a rude response of its been a long day, im tired and i dont have time for this. At no time was i rude during this discussion and cant believe how the situation was handled. Very unprofessional. I will never order from here again just for the way i was treated. Finding a good pizza place is impossible anymore it seems. Last time i went here which was a couple years ago the food was great and now just like most of the pizza places around it tastes like over priced dog food.

You feel like family when you walk in. Great food and good
Terrible customer service .. Friday Evening... called ahead for take out pizza . They said 30 minutes, which was great . I mentioned that we were about 45 away . When we arrived they hadn't made the pizza , which wasn't a big deal as much as the customer service was terrible. The owner was running the orders and the register. It was busy and I can handle him being frustrated, but I watched him take his frustrations out on some older customers that were just trying to place and eat in order at the counter. There are plenty of pizza places within in 3-4 minutes of pizza town. I would recommend passing on this place .

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Sal is the man !!!! The food is always amazing and they treat you like family. Prices are fantastic and if you want good food for a reasonable price, this is the spot !!!! The tour of Italy meal is to die for !!!! So much food LOLParking: A massive parking lot in the back plus side of the building and a few spots in front.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere
