What a great experience! We had the Rita's truck at my daughter's graduation party today and they went above and beyond!!! The staff was excellent along with everything they did for my daughter! Best rita's experience i ever had!

I literally was at Rita’s with my friends and I asked this lady if she knows how to make it because it looked different. My friends had the same thing so I didn’t know if it was the right thing and she started having an attitude but kept it quiet and her face just looked paranoid bc I said that and she went to make my ice cream and then gave it to me and acted normal…I’m scared to go back now 😔

I love Rita’s and will continue to come here regularly but it is unacceptable and to me it should not be allowed to only have one person attending many costumers! The girl who was working today 03/12/25 was amazing and was obviously working very hard to attend to all of us but the wait time was obviously very long (45mins to be exact) and because i drove from middletown to here i waited. I hope she gets to keep all the tips to herself!!!
