Food and customer service is great. Had a door dash issue recently and they went out of their way to ensure the issue was addressed and we were kept in the loop.
Ordered lunch for myself and husband today and it was completed and ready before the time frame given. Did not realize one of the sandwiches was completely wrong till I stopped to drop off husband’s lunch to him at work. Called back and they were very understanding and nice. They had the correct sandwich made with in 10 minutes for me to pick up and asked if I wanted to keep the wrong sandwich (I did husbands said he wanted to try it).
