Caramel latte, I go quite frequently and so does my husband. Lately the cups are never even near full, what is going on? About to stop going here if it continues, been over five times now this happened. I get whipped cream too which dissolved by time I was home (not upset about that) but I haven't even drank any and the whipped cream does not take up that much room at the top.

Absolutely terrible location. Employees are so lazy, unmotivated, and slow. After waiting 20 minutes for one drink and it still not being done, I left. Fire your staff and hire actual competent people.
