This location absolutely is horrible. I’ve had minor little problems before I didn’t have an issue with it. Things happen. I understand that but today I ordered $27 worth subs when they collect them when it said my order we done it 515. There was one person working in there and she had six people. My order wasn’t even close to being done and I asked her I just cancel it and she became very rude and argumentative saying no you have to cancel it online when it very clearly states on the online for SUBWAY® that you have to cancel it with the restaurant. This place sucks
I have gone to this location about 3-4 times a week, for the past 5 years. I have never had a single problem with the employees at this location in the past, everyone was super friendly and a lot of them knew my order by heart since I was there so much. Recently, I think they changed franchise owners, as they have several foreign workers there now. My only complaint is that they were absolutely impossible to understand. I was unable to place my order properly due to the language barrier, and they constantly talk to each other in their own language, even after an english speaking employee asks a question. I’m sorry but if you live in America you need to speak clear English. I walked out and I’m not going back to this location. Very sad, I used to love going here but how can I when I cannot even communicate with the employees!

I have to say, I have never had the best customer service until today. Nate and Trevor (brothers) did a phenomenal job making three (3) foot long subs for me. They were super consistent, intrigued and very attentive to my requests. They made it look super easy to take all my special options. They are the true definition of working as a team. Keep up the good work fellas. Highly recommend going here if you see the brothers together. Outstanding service!! ?????? Thank you again guys!

The girl we had was rude, rushed us and didn't listen to what we wanted. She rushed us out and just threw the receipt in the bag. When we got to a table, we saw that tips are now charged automatically. I wouldn't have tipped her one cent but sure give her a tip for having lousy customer service. I love the participation trophy generation. ?

Horrible, would rather go to the one on the other side of town. Dont bother asking for a toaster sub because they won't actually roast it, they leave it in long enough to get hot and that's about it. They also expect you to tip the cashier and not the people who actually make your sandwich. The woman who made my sub seemed like she had jus been out back spinning a pipe. Worst subway ive ever been to, and I worked in a mall Food court.

I'm writing this while I sit in front of the store. I was rudely handled by an employee who to my knowledge is the manager. I am a regular customer, ALICIA, who LITERALLY spends atleast $10 a day at this specific establishment. The regular employees handle me perfectly. I write in the special instructions, daily, exactly how I like my food made. Today my food was made incorrectly, (because someone else made it) my sandwich and my salad, yet when I came in to ask them to make it like they usually do, the manager (surprised that I wanted it made over) pretty much threw the food in a bowl and handed it to me not with so much as an attitude but an aggravation that was unnecessary. I know this manager will be reading this so I'll say, I didn't want to say anything in front of the customers, but for me to be a regular here, I would ask to be handled more politely moving forward.I don't want no problems. I love the food and the usual service so hopefully there won't be any spit in my future orders.I write reviews so that the business owner/frandchiser and the customer can have a better experience.

The Sub Was Decent But It’s Time To Throw Away The Rubber Like Mat That You Use To Bake The Italian Herb And Cheese Bread. This Was Stuck To The Side Of My Sandwich. I Proly Would Of Ate It If It Wasnt Literally The First Thing I Seen When I Unwrapped My Sandwich. I Know It’s From The Baking Mat Cause I Worked At Subway As A Teenager. Also, Yall Need To Wash Your Cucumbers Better. Everytime I Get Them From Yall It Tastes Like Chemicals.
Service is way too slow. Ordered through doordash and over an hour later they’re STILL making my food. Ridiculous
