I order two BLT Footlongs and they had two pieces of bacon per half and tomatoes and lettuce like crazy! Plenty of vegetables and no bacon. When asked person working there didn't care, have me attitude and laughed. DO NOT EAT THERE!!

Stopped there last night at 8:15. Lights on, door open, open sign lighted in window. Walked in and proceeded to counter. Two male employees counting money at register informed me that they were closed. Hours say open until 9:30. No effort to explain, couldn’t have cared less.
This will definitely be my last trip there ever.

Went across the street and got a significantly better product at My Place

I ordered online and they mistakenly gave me a 6” sub instead of a footlong. When I brought it to their attention, he said he was sorry and gave me an entire footlong for free! Great customer service right there. I would’ve been happy with just the other half, they went above and beyond 👏🏻👏🏻

This location absolutely is horrible. I’ve had minor little problems before I didn’t have an issue with it. Things happen. I understand that but today I ordered $27 worth subs when they collect them when it said my order we done it 515. There was one person working in there and she had six people. My order wasn’t even close to being done and I asked her I just cancel it and she became very rude and argumentative saying no you have to cancel it online when it very clearly states on the online for SUBWAY® that you have to cancel it with the restaurant. This place sucks

I have gone to this location about 3-4 times a week, for the past 5 years. I have never had a single problem with the employees at this location in the past, everyone was super friendly and a lot of them knew my order by heart since I was there so much. Recently, I think they changed franchise owners, as they have several foreign workers there now. My only complaint is that they were absolutely impossible to understand. I was unable to place my order properly due to the language barrier, and they constantly talk to each other in their own language, even after an english speaking employee asks a question. I’m sorry but if you live in America you need to speak clear English. I walked out and I’m not going back to this location. Very sad, I used to love going here but how can I when I cannot even communicate with the employees!

I have to say, I have never had the best customer service until today. Nate and Trevor (brothers) did a phenomenal job making three (3) foot long subs for me. They were super consistent, intrigued and very attentive to my requests. They made it look super easy to take all my special options. They are the true definition of working as a team. Keep up the good work fellas. Highly recommend going here if you see the brothers together. Outstanding service!! ?????? Thank you again guys!

The girl we had was rude, rushed us and didn't listen to what we wanted. She rushed us out and just threw the receipt in the bag. When we got to a table, we saw that tips are now charged automatically. I wouldn't have tipped her one cent but sure give her a tip for having lousy customer service. I love the participation trophy generation. ?
