Horrible, would rather go to the one on the other side of town. Dont bother asking for a toaster sub because they won't actually roast it, they leave it in long enough to get hot and that's about it. They also expect you to tip the cashier and not the people who actually make your sandwich. The woman who made my sub seemed like she had jus been out back spinning a pipe. Worst subway ive ever been to, and I worked in a mall Food court.

I'm writing this while I sit in front of the store. I was rudely handled by an employee who to my knowledge is the manager. I am a regular customer, ALICIA, who LITERALLY spends atleast $10 a day at this specific establishment. The regular employees handle me perfectly. I write in the special instructions, daily, exactly how I like my food made. Today my food was made incorrectly, (because someone else made it) my sandwich and my salad, yet when I came in to ask them to make it like they usually do, the manager (surprised that I wanted it made over) pretty much threw the food in a bowl and handed it to me not with so much as an attitude but an aggravation that was unnecessary. I know this manager will be reading this so I'll say, I didn't want to say anything in front of the customers, but for me to be a regular here, I would ask to be handled more politely moving forward.I don't want no problems. I love the food and the usual service so hopefully there won't be any spit in my future orders.I write reviews so that the business owner/frandchiser and the customer can have a better experience.

The Sub Was Decent But It’s Time To Throw Away The Rubber Like Mat That You Use To Bake The Italian Herb And Cheese Bread. This Was Stuck To The Side Of My Sandwich. I Proly Would Of Ate It If It Wasnt Literally The First Thing I Seen When I Unwrapped My Sandwich. I Know It’s From The Baking Mat Cause I Worked At Subway As A Teenager. Also, Yall Need To Wash Your Cucumbers Better. Everytime I Get Them From Yall It Tastes Like Chemicals.

I go to this subways everyday. I had a little issue with my card being overcharged but that seems like ages ago and overall we found out it was something wrong on my bank app....so I continued going, just paying with cash or Google pay for record....but today, I haven't been put the house because of illness so I decided to order, and what did I see when I checked my receipt? A little note saying "missed seeing you today ?. Sooooo lifted my spirits. I LOVE my Subway fam!! Lol ❤️

Absolute awful staff, in their sign it says they are open at 9, but the sign says open I went at 10a and tried opening the door it was closed I seen 2 employees standing there.I call the store the lady said they were open so I went back the door was closed when I went back I tried calling again but they declined the call.I guess they didn't want any business.

They are NOT helpful, and will ignore your requests to rectify financial mishaps or mistakes! !!!!! I recently got out of a 4month hospital stay/battle and the only thing I've been able to eat/tolerate is subway's sweet onion chicken teriyaki wrap. I USED to go to the south matket street location in Elizabethtown, every single day to get my daily sustenance UNTIL I started seeing double and triple charges from them on my card. I got the run around for a week, the employees just telling me they don't know why that's happening and they can't do NOTHING about it. It took me demanding a "comp" sandwich or a talk with their manager. They shut down the comp request and took my number and name 3 days with NO calls from them or the manager. Finally I had to come in with my mother and she also had to debate with them until WE demanded to speak to the manager. They said they don't call the manager for customers. I am VERY dissatisfied with the service because of the lack of help and the fact that I spent my money there EVERYDAY since September 14th 2022 atleast. I've been going there for years but this year, every single day. I would recommend finding another subway restaurant to spend your money at. It's all just so unfortunate.

I normally am a big fan of this place. But this experience left a lot to be desired. There were two brand new young girl faces there this time and neither of them were very friendly. And the one that waited on was the most unfriendly. We bought two footlongs, and Italian and a tuna and it was $22. Prices must have gone up to begin with. The girl was very skimping with the tuna fish salad and literally put it on just the one half and barely spread it to the other end. She actually scrape the Scoops smooth, which I've never seen before where to begin with. All in all not a happy visit.
