Just left from our igloo. Paid $25 for 2 hours and only stayed for an hour and 40 minutes because we were left sitting for 40 minutes without the server coming back. Empty drinks, was going to order more drinks and desserts but all they did was waste our time. Worst experience ever. When we went in to pay and they didn’t care at all. Asked if we wanted boxes or anything else, AFTER we had to walk in ourselves and asked for a check.
Came here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it was not an enjoyable experience. Terrible experience and won’t ever be back.

First time I was here. We were seated next to the bar. Of course no one asked us if we wanted to be there..we could not hear our own conversation but everyone else's. Mayo on my sandwich did not taste like mayo so I could not eat most of it. I was excited they have Coke products. No diet Coke, but Coke Zero. They need to realize it is not the same. Not sure I need to go again.

We were there during the day at the outside bar. (Elizabethtown) The service was slow and food/drinks are expensive for what it is. When the waiter was bringing out our food, he was clearly carrying too much. He dropped my boyfriend’s food everywhere and barely said an apology. When he dropped off my salad, he had his thumb in it and he got his beard in my dressing (he didn’t notice so I told him). To top it off, he came back with a new salad dressing and reached over my food and replaced it placing it back into the salad almost touching my food again. They should have given us a discount on our bill for all of the hassle but they didn’t. This place has gone downhill.

Food was just ok. Ordered smashburger with pickles mayo. Came out warm with no mayo and onion rings. No salt or pepper no water, fries were cold and over all just below average for $20 for a burger and fries.

If you are allergic or sensitive to MSG don't go to T.J.Rockwells! I've gone to both locations, years apart, and both times I was told that almost everything could contain MSG. IMHO that means that don't care enough to find out or to try to eliminate it from their menu. I left the first time without eating. I only stayed the second time because a friend invited me for a special occasion.
