Took a chance on a Monday and we weren’t disappointed. The weather was perfect for outdoor dining and the space was so welcoming and we could tell so much thought was put into making it a special area. The only disappointment was ordering 3 different beers to find out they were out…and the local drafts were over $7, which I don’t understand. We had the schnitzel, an October special. It was super dry and hard to swallow. A bit overdone. Perhaps if it was served with kraut, that would have helped.

I’ve been to rockwells numerous times. The atmosphere is a lot of fun and it’s a really cool restaurant. However, the last few times I’ve gone I haven’t been impressed with the food. The food feels really pricey for what you’re getting. I probably won’t go back because it’s too expensive for mediocre food. The staff is always super nice and friendly and I appreciate their service!

We are new to E town. First time at TJ Rockwell's. Food was amazing BBQ pork sandwich, sweet potato fries. Macon bacon burger w/onion rings. Our server Grace was awesome. We will be back, so many things to try!!!

My sister and I sat in the atrium, which was beautiful! It was busy but I felt like the speed of our service was appropriate. We waited a little longer than we wanted to for refills, but our server was apologetic and we understood. I wanted to like the food more than I did. My burger was good but kind of dry, and my sister's salad was warm -the lettuce, the fruit, the dressing, all warm. The rhino fries and ranch were delicious though! Overall a nice experience, I'd just get something different to eat.
First time visit, hopefully will be back many more times. Excellent service from Bill and no waiting for food.

September 2025 I thought the bratwurst on a pretzel roll was average, but I really enjoyed the sauerkraut. The chicken fajitas lacked flavor but they were juicy and plentiful. Service was really attentive and it’s a nice atmosphere, and food was good but not exceptional by any means. I’d come back if in the area again.
