I recently visited the Taco Bell in Elizabethtown, PA, and was blown away by the manager, Jericho’s, dedication to accommodating my food allergies. She went above and beyond, personally ensuring my order was safe by overseeing its preparation with the cooks. You don’t often see that level of care and customer service in fast food these days. Huge thanks to the team for making my experience stress-free and safe. Highly recommend this location!

I’m not gonna lie I go here all the time, but it’s a 50/50 on if they decide to read the online orders and make them right (busy or not). I get orders made correctly more often when they are busy. Several of the items I ordered were completely wrong adding things I ordered to be removed and forgetting things that should have been added. I can’t have nacho cheese due to how it makes me feel and out of the four items; I ordered specifically to have the nacho cheese removed; three had nacho cheese on them. I work customer service; I understand mistakes when it is super busy; but I ordered online; and it was dead when I got there, no one inside no one in the drive through. Idk what to say other than I am disappointed and to check all of your food before you leave the parking lot or the restaurant.

I only ever go in this location as a dasher. On more than a few occasions the management team is belittling their associates to the point of making them cry and walking out. It's dirty and I wouldn't actually eat here myself.
