Love the menu, and the food is delicious.
Nice restaurant, off the main tourist "trap" area, in the Hershey area. Friendly service and good food!
Our first visit to the Hershey Bistro was a success. The restaurant is BYOB which we love. The food was excellent. We had smoked entrees and non-smoked food, and all was enjoyed during our visit. We will return.
Great menu - lots of variety and the food comes out quickly. I really enjoyed the Aunt Erika sandwich from my last visit.
Excellent escape from the immediate Hershey Park area and its craziness. Just 4 miles away from the lodge. Excellent food.
When we arrived at the restaurant the older woman at the hostess stand rolled her eyes when we walked in. I told her we were there for our 2pm reservation and asked if she needed my name; she hurriedly grabbed menus and said no. We were seated and our waitress quickly came over to take our drink orders. I asked when they close and she said “2 but it's fine”. The whole time we felt rushed. If they close at 2 they shouldn't take a 2 pm reservation. Will not be back.
We had a reservation and were seating right away. The host asked if we wanted the breakfast menu or lunch menu since breakfast ended in 5 minutes. We chose lunch thinking by the time we order they won't be able to make breakfast. We noticed everyone else that was being seated was still being offered the breakfast buffet after 11am. It took 45 minutes to get our food and they gave my daughter a coloring page but didn't have crayons. It's very loud in the building because it is so small.
I had the grown up grilled cheese in December and the tomato tasted like a garden-raised tomato. The chips tasted they were homemade. There is no need to pay more for fries. Everything else that my party members had was fresh and tasted homemade.

Love this place & have always gotten great service & delicious food. It's become our go-to place when in the area. However, do not order the Chicken Cordon Bleu unless you like it burnt, very dry, & layered (instead of stuffed). It was pathetic, but I ate it without complaint bc I was so hungry & still giving 5 stars bc I've never reviewed the Bistro & have always had wonderful past experiences. So do stop in, but do not get Cordon Bleu

We were seated as soon as we arrived, Service was fast and friendly. Food was very good nand the atmosphere was good. Nicely decorated for the holidays.
Food is good and nice atmosphere
Very nice place with decent prices. Made a reservation on OpenTable and got right in when we arrived. Food was good I was overcoming food poisoning so I only got oatmeal, toast and yogurt parfait. For $7.95 for the parfait I thought it would be much larger but very small portion.
