The employees like to rob their customers of their money here. I was in today to get a medium mint frosty and was told they are out of medium cups. Instead of asking if I wanted a large or small, they charged for a medium and gave a small. When questioned was ignored and was told to go away. What the hell is going on with your workers??!!??

We were on our way to a performance in Harrisburg, and had 20 mins to spare. We decided to hit the drive thru on the way, get a sandwich so we wouldn't be consuming cocktails on an empty stomach. 3 cars ahead of us in the drive thru. We get to the speaker and are asked to wait, we are down to 17 mins early at this point, still plenty of time. We sat at the speaker till the time was less than 5 mins early and finally asked to place our order. The disembodied voice told us there were 3 cars in front of us and we needed to be patient. No apology for the delay, just irritation and annoyance. We left, so did the car behind us. It's fast food, not fine dining. You're not selling food people want to wait for.

The girl at the front counter Fri January 10th for lunch was excellent. Our receipt says her name is Raven. She's bright and happy and gives great customer service. She was prompt and accurate with our order. She made my day!

This location is poorly managed. I ordered online multiple times and show up 10+ minutes later to stand around and wait for someone to look at me while they continue to service the drive through. Don't bother if you are in a rush.

My last 3 orders I've gotten from here have all been slopped up with ketchup and mustard, doesn't have any Lettuce and actually had stuff I requested taken off of it still on it. Who is working at this place??? No one wants a huge glob of ketchup or mustard when they bite into a burger. I don't like to complain like this but it's ridiculous that this has happened 3 times in a row. I've worked the food service industry and know it gets hectic at times but that's no excuse to just ruin burgers with massive amounts of sauce and missing something like Lettuce on a burger or chicken sandwich.

90% of the time, they forget something. This time was the last straw.

I had a small mobile order:
20pc nugget
2 large fries
And a $7 burger

Completely forgot the burger. Can never reach customer service, and I've probably lost $70 in the last year from missing items.

Maybe it's because a few employees are always outside smoking pot and can't find their brain cells.
