This place is such hit or miss. Ordered a Dave's Single tonight and the thing was definitely not fresh & sitting in the back. Came out cold & honestly wasn't worth eating... Just wish they could consistently make there food fresh like they did in the past... Prefer Burger King because it's definitely more consistent on freshness...

Ordered a spicy Asiago chicken club sandwich (which, for fast food is expensive) and got the lamest sandwich of all time. No tomato. 1 tiny slice of lettuce. About 2 sheds of cheese (no slice), no bacon, and cold fries to boot. Won't be going back. And I love Wendy's...

My dads chilli and baked potatoe was warm. He said that there was was stuff laying on the floor and none of the employees cleaned it up. We had gone through the drive thru. Wendys also forgot to give us extra butter for the potatoe. They actually didnt give us any. I had to go inside to get hos butter.

So this is what I have found with this Wendy’s. Day shift I have never had a single issue. There is an older woman who works during the day and she is a sweet heart. Now dinner crew/ night shift. Absolutely forget it. I’m done coming here any time after 5. Our order tonight was completely wrong. Food sucked. The people working were having fowl conversation and cussing. A few seemed high on drugs. Etown is becoming really tough on food spots. We have lived here for a few months and are really over it.

My bad review is not because the employee didn't know what he was doing...it's because the manager started to help him and then just walked away. He had "never done a kids meal" and made it clear to everyone around him, yet not a single person helped him. This poor kid was so confused. 15 minutes later, his shift was done, and he just left... leaving my order uncompleted. Can't say I blame him, but it was absolutely ridiculous that it took 25 minutes to fill an online order. AND THE FOOD WAS FREEZING COLD!
