Awful experience. Was waiting for 30 minutes for my order, the guy at the counter is rude and doesn’t greet customers, just mumbles something, very ignorant.. Shameful service.
The food is okay, for almost $30 you’d expect a better service, larger portions, and tasty food at least. Korean bbq chicken was a disappointment and I should have read the reviews before going there, never again.

The service and food were horrible!! I've eaten here b4 and this was unexpected! My sandwich combo was slathered with sauce and the chicken tasted overdone it was almost rubbery. The fries were soggy and the coleslaw was hot! They didnt put everything in my order so I went back n the counter girl was still talking with a guy n got mad when I asked for the rest of my order! This was truly the worst experience I had from this bb.q chicken at Hmart Elkins Park!!

Best chicken ever! I love the spicy Galbi wings, and my 10-year-old daughter loves the boneless Cheesling. You can order half-and-half, so it’s perfect for mixing different sauces to match everyone’s taste.
I highly recommend BBQ Chicken. Once you try it, you won’t want wings from anywhere else!

This was my favorite spot for Korean fried chicken, but I guess they too suffer from inconsistency. My last order from them turned out super dry and way too salty. (Will probably try again in the future though)

I ordered a whole chicken of golden olive chicken. Price went up to 26.95 now. You can literally count the number of these tiny radish pieces. The ownership keeps reducing the amount year after year...

The chicken was fine. But the thing is, I saw the Golden Garlic flavor in the front of the shelf, so I decided to order it. When we were ordering, the cashier also went to the front to check it. However, what we received was just regular chicken with no sauce. Since I believe all the flavors are the same price, I told the cashier that we had ordered the Golden Garlic, not the Golden Original. I also said it would be fine if they could just give us a side cup of any sauce, like soy garlic, BBQ, etc. Even if it wasn’t Golden Garlic anymore, at least we would have something to dip with, because the chicken was so plain. But the cashier said she didn’t know about it and would ask someone, yet still didn’t say anything, even though we were sitting right in front of the store for about 30 minutes.

The whole chicken used to fill the box for 10 pieces. Yesterday, the pieces were so tiny and cute. Didn’t even reach half the box. Hopefully, they lose more customers and feel the pain of screwing customers. The price did go up. Go to KFC or Popeyes.
