Many seats available for meetup/chat. A little bit pricey.

Delightful! Tucked away in a discreet corner of the HMart shopping complex, this cafe has plenty of cozy seating (more than initially meets the eye) and tasty options for for drinks and sweet treats. We enjoyed the freshly made tayaki and green tea. Staff were friendly and the cafe was sunny and quiet. A pleasant little place that exceeded our expectations. Worth a visit!

This is the closest place I found that has Taiyaki and delimanjoo besides NYC. Their taiyaki was good but I was disappointed they removed delimanjoo from their menu. Not sure if this is permanent or temporary. They also do not allow you to call in and order ahead. I feel like since taiyakis take a little time to be made they should have some kind of online ordering option where you can pay and order ahead of time. Service could be a little more friendlier.

This was a place my daughter wanted to check out. She was missing LA and wanted Takiyaki ice cream. She found this place online and wished to try it. We did. It was good but nothing like the ones we had in LA.

General lack of friendliness and extra charges for everything possible (eg. $1 for an extra cup). Coffee was decent, decorations were excellent.

I firmly believe that this place needs to be placed under new management. The workers are young and for the most part, very respectful and helpful.
The owner is very disrespectful and started yelling at me for zero reason whatsoever. The other reviews here shows it is a constant trend.
This place needs to be boycotted until new management takes over.
The strawberry milk ice was generous in portion and tasted really good! But I was honestly speechless that the store didn’t have the air conditioning on — especially when it was 97°F outside! It was unbearably hot inside. Also, the staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming.

I visited this café with my wife and colleagues. While the POS system was down, the owner—visibly upset—began shouting at staff in front of customers, using harsh language in Korean. The atmosphere quickly became tense and unpleasant.
Although we were told we could place our order and pay later, the level of anger made us too uncomfortable to stay. When we politely declined, the owner harshly told us to leave.
It was upsetting not just for us, but for other customers around us as well. What stayed with me most was the look on the young staff’s faces—silent, nervous, and clearly used to this kind of treatment.
As a fellow business owner, I believe leadership should be built on respect. No employee deserves to be humiliated in public, and no customer should be made to feel like an intruder.

Their drinks are expensive but good. downside is you have to pay for the wifi (which is fine on its own) but they often change the password so you have to pay every time for the new password, also lock up the bathroom and keep it for customers only. It just feels very stingy, not the vibe :(

Honestly I really do like this place. Now I don’t know if I do anymore by the way I was treated by a worker.
I ordered by phone ahead of time to try and beat any wait time, and the person taking me kept laughing right at me.
This doesn’t even sound real, who even laughs at someone while they are literally giving you the order??
She was telling me the script like ok we will have that for you, but she couldn’t even hide her laughs. She straight up laughed after every word she said after I told her my order.
Then when I came after like 30 minutes of calling the order wasn’t even ready and the place wasn’t busy.
If you want to laugh at a customer while they are giving you their order. At least have the decency to apologize.

A very cute and chill spot to hangout. Had their taiyakis, coffee and mango mojito; very good. Awesome customer service. Will definitely go back!
