I was happy to see the revised pricing. I got a salmon cheese steak with the homemade fries and it was scrumptious. The price was right and the quality was excellent. I also picked up a side of rice pilaf. Huge portion great homemade taste . The chef was very friendly. My food was prepared quickly and the quality was superb

I debated as to whether or not I should post a review. I generally only post reviews when I have really enjoyed my dining experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this order. I ordered two x-large pizzas, one plain and a specialty pizza, which was on their menu. The total came to $37 and change. I have been to this location since it opened in the early 1980’s. The original owner was a good guy and made really good, classic Neapolitan pizza. The place has changed hands several times over the years, but always had good pizza. It went downhill with the last owner and I was excited when the place changed hands. I waited a couple of months, after they opened, to give them a try. I wanted to give them the opportunity to work the bugs out. Now, to the pizza. I can honestly say that it was some of the worst pizza that I’ve ever tasted. First of all, it was poorly made. The dough was so thin in the middle that it dropped straight down when you picked up a slice. The cheese blend that they use is God awful. The sauce was non-descript and had no redeemable qualities. My wife, son and I all didn’t finish one slice (unheard of in my house). We threw all in the remaining pizza in the garbage. I don’t write this to be cruel. I hope that the owners take a critical look at their product and decide to make changes. I could go on, but I think that my point has been made. I wish them luck and hope that things change. I won’t be going back.

The catfish at DeeGrace Kitchen was an absolute banger. Each flaky piece was incredibly juicy, bursting with a subtle, sweet flavor. The light, crispy breading perfectly complemented the tender fish within. I haven't tasted catfish this delicious in years; it was truly exceptional. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural taste without overpowering it.

Great owner that is responsive to customer concerns as you can see in the comments. I hope the people that had less than stellar reviews allowed her to make good as she offered, I don’t see any updated reviews though. I had a good experience when I went and when I returned she was concerned about how she could make it better. I would ask that she be given some grace to make good on the experience she wants to deliver.

Delicious food and generous portions; we got the chicken and coconut rice, the macaroni and cheese and fried chicken special and I can’t wait to get to eat the leftovers. Immediately a neighborhood classic.

We liked the pizza! We had veggie toppings and liked that they were fresh. DeeGrace closes at 7 PM on Saturdays, which I didn't realize. Even though I came by during the final part of the day, staff was pleasant, answered questions about the pizzas, and completed the order promptly and correctly. We'll return!

Extremly overpriced for what I got. Unfriendly, and after ordering an extra big portion of fries I got a few overcooked burnt shriveled up potatoes scraps along with what was supposed to be a hamburger, except that they must've forgotten to cook the meat because it was at room temperature and uncooked. The friends with me were in shock and didn't get anything in response. The area if Elkins Park is nice, but this kind of buisness doesn't belong, at least based on my experience with it. Especially considering that most remember the great buisness which stood before and actually made people from all over come... It's a shame they went out of buisness.

The pizza sauce was a bit of an acquired taste (50% of the family liked it though). But the lamb cheesesteak, pork and mango skewers and beef kebabs were all excellent!

DeeGrace Food is fire! I tasted their food and it took me to another world. The fried fish was good, I ordered for Fried Whitening Fish, Fried Rice and Salads. You should try it as well. More so, the hospitality was genuine.
