I wasn't able to pick up my mobile order yesterday. I tried calling and texting but no reply. I visited the next day and the manager was very hospitable and gave me the stuff I ordered with no problem. Of course, I showed the app purchase receipt and I'm sure he confirmed I was being honest. Food is just ok compared to other Dunkins. Service time used to be great, but there might be new management because all orders now take forever, and the service is quite bad

Came in and had the new meal deal. They were out of most of the breads for the sandwiches so had to go with bagel that would’ve been one of my last options. The hash browns were pretty standard being hot and delicious. Not a huge coffee drinker so can’t say it, if it was either good or bad. All I know is I definitely didn’t finish it because it was too harsh even with cream and sugar.

Just uber ordered, 2 croissant sandwiches, bread steak & hard, bacon burnt, like old. And 1 regular blend coffee, watered down, taste awful. The Hot chocolate was the only thing that was ok, and that wasn't really goid
