The slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in the world. So many times did I have to leave and come back to get my coffee. One coffee. They have no sense of time and that it’s a morning rush and they literally stand around between each order talking. It takes 2 orders to be made for them to start making the first order. Today I ordered 1 cup of coffee the person in front of me ordered 1 cup of coffee. By the time I paid for my coffee they hadn’t even started on the person’s order in front of me, I had to leave because I had to go to work which is right up the street from this Dunkin’. I’m going to have to leave out of my house earlier just to go to another Dunkin because these ladies in Elkins Park Dunkin’ Donuts are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

This Dunkin Donuts is located at Township Line Road and Church Road just outside the Philadelphia County Line by way of Cottman Avenue. I ordered a Almondine Croissant which was so fresh and delicious. Service was quick even with several people in front of me. Must go back sometime fir breakfast.

HARD bagels! The bagels were hard as a rock at 7 am on a Monday morning! Definitely re-selling the ones from the day before! Out of Dunkalatte, but you can still order it in the app, and they wouldn’t give me credit for it or a gift card. Gave me a regular latte instead(not the same price!)

We come pretty often, most of the time is not crowded, this place doesn’t have drive thru. Service was good, donuts were pretty good, today we stopped in to get half dozen of donut, one of them is Boston cream, I got very disappointed when my filling was replaced by vanilla frosting…. I try calling the number on Google to let them know but phone doesn’t work , hope they didn’t make the whole batch using vanilla frosting???

The lady taking orders doesn't hardly speak English how can she be there and the food was bad and nasty and she gave me the wrong order of course she can't understand me and she gave me the wrong change and the bathroom hasn't been clean since they first open disgusting place, I would never go back here.

Service is awesome / people are very friendly. Everything is wheelchair accessible, so that was nice. I based the food off of multiple visits. most of the time they get my order correct and it tastes good but there are times where they seriously mess it up and forget important ingredients.
