Luigi's Pizzarama II

Got a large pie delivered and paid $28.00 minus tip. Three toppings.
No, just no. No pie should be that much money and certainly not Luigi’s. I will no longer be a sucker and pay that much money for sub par pizza. Even if your pizza was excellent, you guys have a lot of nerve charging that much money.

Extra large pizza priced at $18, pretty good deal.

I honestly don’t think there’s a lot of good pizza around the area as Im originally from NY, but Luigi’s pizza tasted like a real
Pizza to me. Will be returning!!

Very good atmosphere. Very close to the Moss rehab to order food for a lunch break or dinner .

Been ordering here for almost a year. Started great. Became our go to. Recently though major mistakes in orders. Missing items, wrong orders. Yesterday might have been the last chance. Cheese steak did not have the fried peppers. Fries were burnt mix between the regular fries and thin cut fries. Clearly they just grabbed whatever was in the warmer. Lastly the 18" half pepperoni DOUBLE cut pizza... Under cooked and I guess they assumed double cut meant, don't cut.

We were recommended here by our neighbors but we've had two average to lousy experiences. The pizza the first time was ok.
This past weekend it tasted bad. The cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak were average. What I found most irritating is take out / pickup is outside, through a window and they refused to allow my 6 year old access to the bathroom. The attendant at the window hesitated but asked his manager and the manager refused service, to a 6 year old. Makes me wonder what it's like inside the restaurant. We won't be going back.

I tried their pizza when a loved one was staying at the hospital across the street. You can buy a slice. The pizza is good but the eggplant Parmesan sandwich is delicious! One of the best I’ve ever had! The roll was so yummy too! I would come back again and again for this sandwich!

Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian so I was pleased they had eggplant parm on the menu! Very good!

Absolutely Terrible Experience

I've been a loyal customer for over two years, ordering from this place every Friday. But after tonight, I'll never be ordering from them again. They sent the wrong food, which my child is allergic to, and when I called to get it fixed, the cashier on duty on 09/01/24 at 8 PM was completely useless. Not only did they have no idea how to issue a refund, but they also had the audacity to hang up on me. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Whoever was responsible should be fired immediately. You've lost a loyal customer for good, and I won't hesitate to tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Horrible service, horrible experience—never again.

I got pizza from this place twice and it was sub-par even for the neighborhood that it’s in. I gave it a second go because it wasn’t terrible and felt it was worth another shot. The second time was worse than the first so yeah, there’s that. When the kids tell you it’s not good, it’s not good lol. At least I gave them a shot
