The whole experience from ordering to pick up is exceptional. This pizza is really thin with a great undercarriage. The sauce was tasty and the aged cheese gave it a very unique flavor
I love this pizzeria - its so unique and there's nothing around here like it. The plain thin crust is off the chain. Fresh ingredients, always worth the wait and $ to me. Sweet potato fries were crisp, cannoli tasted homemade, you've gotta try Sebastians food!!
According to Sebastian the owner it took him over 3 years and over 2000 pizzas to perfect this crust. Each dough ferments for over 9 full weeks. I have never heard of that before. He calls it Leopard skin, just look at this perfection
