My husband just left this Paris Baguette with an unbelievable experience. As he was waiting to order he said that the cashier ignored him and another customer to take the orders of two Asian customers at the back of the line. Totally unfair, discriminatory, and rude. I'm not sure why people are being treated differently because of their race, but Paris Baguette needs to treat all its customers equally.

My first experience was good, but the second was bad and the third was terrible. I placed an order with 5 items, and when the order arrived, there were only 2 items from the order. I called them to find out what happened and they told me that they didn't have the other 3 items that I had ordered, and by the way (I had already paid for the entire order). They told me that they would refund the amount in 7 days, but two weeks have passed and no one has refunded the money. I think it is extremely important that if there is no product in the establishment, it is removed from the website when the customer is finalizing the order, so that there is no embarrassment at the time of delivery and problems like this one where the money is not refunded and you do not receive any justification or anything. That was the last time I ordered from this place, and I will never do it again after this.

I've always been a fan of Paris Baguette here at the Elkins Park/Cheltenham location. The Blueberry yogurt cake I had purchased on 08/26/24 had mold on the blueberries. It was too late to bring it back because I needed the cake for my wife's birthday. So we just scraped off the top the best we can. I will be back only because this is the first time I ever came across this issue with you guys. Please be more aware of the products you carry.

This is simply sad. The croquette was already very wet in the oil. They might have made it two days ago. Also see the filling inside… This is really sad. It was not expensive but I really wanted to return it if I could just to show the sad quality to the store.
I picked up a ready cake blueberry chiffon and was delicious so 6 out of 5 for that. For my daughter's 21 bday I ordered on line and wrote on the notes: Happy Birthday Sara! The day I placed the order online i even called to confirm the message with them. Three days later when I went to pick the cake the the day of the birthday the cake had no written message at all. The staff there could not write the message on the cake as they had no baker at 2:30 p.m., so after 40 min of trying to figure out why there was no message they offered to write the message on three finger lady cookies. The cake was okay. Good presentation but the missing message was not okay at all. Staff was trying to be helpful but why didn't any check the order prior to pick up date.

Was just here yesterday for the 2nd time bought lots of korean bakery goods but the way they tried to pack it in 1 bag ruin all the bakery goods we bought as i unpacked it when we got back home. it got mushy and flattened my strawberry croissant, coffee danish, coffee buns, almond crossaint and alot more. And we didn't expect that we bought more than 10 items and try to fit it all in 1 small bag. Just upsetting and disappointed ? ?
