I visited the store for the first time today and was dissatisfied completely across-the-board. I couldn’t use the bathroom to wash my hands things just seem to be out of place. It wasn’t clean like I’m used to seeing. The employees were extremely rude, and I feel as though my sandwich was over priced also I asked one of the employees if I could please get a cup for Water and I was told with an attitude that the cups at the restaurant are not for water it just seems to me the people here did not want to be here today and I understand that life gets in the way of us under no circumstances should you bring your problems to work? I feel as though each customer should be treated with respect, no matter what

I'm a regular here for my daughter who loves their turkey sandwich and never had a problem they're always friendly and the food is good.
Parking: Big ass parking lot. No trouble to find a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: Almost every time that I've gone in there to pick up my order there are always kids and families and always happy. Good vibes.

Dont go here, no promos or coupon honors. Food was okay, the ambiance is depressing, a footlong for $18? Other hoagie chain offer much more quality for less. Will be the last time i will ever go to this location. Not good....dont go here or you regret it.
