Not my first but unfortunately my last visit here. A large plain (16") with extra garlic, dozen wings, a small pear salad and a drink. With 3% credit card fee, $49. The pizza was bland. Something changed from last time I was there. Wings were on point, extra crispy, can't go wrong there, and the price was a normal rate. But the small salad...$9.49. Like for real? I would have gotten the large for 5 bucks more if I had known how small it was. The place was clean and the cashier was fine but don't go there for a salad. I'm all about supporting your small, local business but don't get taken advantage of. Photos to see comparison.

This is definitely a mixed review. First of all, their food is excellent. The problem is the service. Yesterday, 9/1/24, I placed a pizza order for delivery at 1:30 today (9/2/24). The pizza was to be delivered to a swimming club in Wyncote (2 miles from Trios) for a pizza party. Since it was going to be an outdoor event, I made a point of ordering paper plates and napkins. The pizza was delivered on time but there were no plates and napkins. The delivery person didn't have any with him. When we called, they told us to just drive back ourselves and get the stuff. My husband did that, while the pizza sat and got cold. They offered NO apology. I had also added a generous tip on the credit card. I actually believe that good customer service would have meant and apology and giving us the pizza for no charge. Extremely disappointed.

I usually love trios pizza but tonight I was very disappointed my thin white pie half broccoli was way over cooked (burnt) ate 2 pieces horrible and thru the rest away. My traditional round red half pepperoni was good.

The place is hit or miss. One day it’ll be the best pizza in town, the next time it’s meh. At the prices they charge it should be consistently good, or they should knock a couple dollars off to compensate for the times it’s meh. ?♂️

Got delivery tonight for a couple pies, and they were outstandingly dull. All the ingredients lacked flavor and the whole pizza felt phoned in. I’ve never had this pizza before, so maybe it’s not your standout on the lineup. I’m willing to try again, but it certainly won’t be a Friday night after a long week of plumbing.

I ordered the Bella white pizza and I added chicken because welp everyone needs protein. It looks really good but kind of bland to be honest. Needs more seasoning. I don’t know if I’ve ever eaten here before but I will def try again. It didn’t deter me.The counter girl was niceI really like the pew on the inside.There was not one person there at 630 on a Sunday so I don’t know if that is telling or not. They have 2 locations so I assume they do well. At any rate I’ll try again

We ordered from Trios for the first time and had it delivered. Everything we ordered was incredible, especially the tomato pie! ! It was delivered hot and it was perfect! This will definitely be our place for pizza in the future!

I went with my family to eat at this place. I must confess that we were very satisfied and happy with the treatment of all the staff. We ordered 3 large calzones and the surprised cook asked us again; (if we were sure) because they were big. Confused, we said “yes” because we were 6 adults and to our surprise they were huge. We put one to take away and heat it up the next day and it was still exquisite. It was a very delicious and fun experience for the whole family and workers to see our faces. Thank you all very much for your kindness.
