Tsaocaa bubble tea

Do not come here, go upstairs to Gong Cha.

Drink: I would give it 1/2 to no stars if possible.
Service: wasn't amazing, wasn't bad.. she's making beverages...
Atmosphere: none, it's hot and stuffy in that joint and it's kinda chaotic with the boxes and randomly placed items.

I literally just left this place (08/15/24) threw my drink out and then went upstairs to Gong Cha.
Ibought the most basic drink, thinking it would be the safest option. Literally the 1st item on their menu, brown sugar milk tea reg. sugar, reg. ice.

The barista caked the brown sugar syrup (it's cold brown sugar by the way) on the sides of the cup. Even after I tried to scrap the sides of the cup with my straw, it was the consistency of tar, because it was cold.

It is extremely unappetizing to have to suck so hard to try and get a sip, but since the syrup is was hard, a fat glob of the syrup hit the back of my throat. You can see in the photos where I have tried to scrap the sides so that I can attempt to dissolve the cold hard syrup into my beverage.

The tapioca was mushy and had a weird metallic taste to it. Also… you have to buy the boba as it does not come with the brown sugar bubble milk tea.

On top of that, there were maybe 8 l-who small pieces of melted ice in the drink, so it's not even cold.. just room temp.

TLDR; Drink went right in the garbage. Do not recommend, go literally anywhere else.

Soooo good! I usually get strawberry slush with strawberry popping bubbles or strawberry fruit milk tea with regular boba. It’s always so good & worth the trip. The donuts there are good when they have them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This place closes at 7:30pm on tuesday, I drove 30 minutes to get there and I made it by 7:13pm. The door was open and when I walked in the employees told me I couldn’t order and the store is closed for the night. I suggest hiring new people who want to work or update the business hours.

The drink quality here is top notch! The store is located right on the left when you walk into H-Mart, and there are menus posted on the wall outside as well as inside. It took me awhile to decide what to get because there are so many options, and so many toppings, but I went with a kiwi slush with nata jelly. The person who took our order was so friendly and helped us choose our drink sweetness level. The kiwi slush was perfect at 50% sweetness. It wasn't overly sweet but wasn't bitter either, and it paired perfectly with the nata jelly. All their drinks are made with real fruit, and they are very generous on the toppings. The prices are also great! Highly reccomend!

I always stop by after visiting the H Mart to grab a bubble tea for the road. They crank them out really fast, which is good when you're on the go! There is also a Mochinut display inside, and I can't wait to try one some day.

The drinks here are so good. Tho I would like to hang out there, it’s too hot inside. I hope they do something about it because I really love ordering the drinks and drinking it there with my friends.

Drink tasted like sour milk and they refused to make me a new drink or give a refund. I couldn’t drink it so I just asked them to throw it away. Terrible customer service.

Small bubble tea spot on ground level of the complex. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall nice selection of drinks.
