The price on the menu is NOT accurate at all! I ordered baked ziti dinner and got plain noodles with mozzarella and the portion was child size. My husband's side salad with his spaghetti and meatball dinner was 1/2 the portion of my salad. The dinners were $6.99 each and we ordered a side of dough bites $4.99. so please tell me how 6.99 + 6.99 + 4.99 = $28.00? We even picked our food up! Then I call about my meal being wrong and the lady tells me they only serve butter garlic ziti noodles there n doesn't offer my money back or a meal replacement or nothing! Just tells me oh I'll look at the menu. I'm so pissed and still hungry!!! Never ordering there again! Very unprofessional n especially when they advertise menu online isn't the same menu in the store!!!

All restaurants will have bad days and good, most to just about all my orders have been very good, with only a few disappointing occasions. Those of you who give such negative reviews should really just complain to management. And consider how many food delivery services we have in our area. I will say at this time to pizza barn, you need to know certain cooks/food prep's may be the problem as all of my bad meals have been on specific days? Hmmm. And to all you complaining, I've had bad service at some of my favorite restaurants, pizza barn thank you for the good food and prompt delivery Michael stinger

I ordered pizza tonight staff were amazing and friendly food was cooked amazingly it was cooked just right for me anyway what I like and what someone else likes could be two different things! Was ready when said it would be! Great atmosphere if you ever want great food with amazing staff order from pizza barn

Chicken bacon ranch stromboli was amazing and huge! Fully stuffed and perfectly cooked. Delicious loaded pulled pork mac and cheese and philly cheesesteak grilled cheese was fantastic, meat was nicely chopped with carmelized onions on thick sourdough.

We ordered a pizza with light sauce it got here there was a hair in it, loaded with sauce. Called and told them they said they'd fix it and deliver it. The owner called and asked if we'd eat the pizza and we'd get 20% off our next one thats only $7 off. She said they didn't tell her about the hair asked how much we'd eaten told her none because we just dished it all. She said that someone would bring out another one in 25-30 minutes. Our son is a type one diabetic and had already had his insulin so we had him drink 2 chocolate milks and a juice so his blood sugar wouldnt go low. The pizza came 55 minutes later it was cold and had burnt spots. We said it was fine because at this point we were starving. We dont ever complain even though the pizza always has loads of sauce on it and is never cut but this is unacceptable and shouldn't have had to wait an hour for a correction with them making our pizza that had a hair in it and after an hour should NOT have been cold!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at the Pizza Barn. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and asked for my pepperoni to be crispy. When my pizza was delivered and i opened the box I saw no pepperoni. The pepperoni was at the bottom on the pizza dough. The pizza was not even sliced. I ordered barbecued wings, the sauce was good however the chicken was hard, over cooked maybe (not good). I ordered bread sticks, they were hard and crispy, tried to bend one and it snapped in half. The salad was great. Won't be ordering from here again. First bad experience and also my last.
Pizza was horrible. I got it home, it was stuck to the cardboard box on the bottom, it wasn't cut all the way through and it was soggy. The dough tastes like it's barely cooked and it all fell apart when I would try to pick it up. Not going back. Ever.

Took over 2 hours to deliver a pizza that said was ready in 40 mins, said their driver quit . They delivered old food that was sitting had to throw it out and order somewhere else. Nasty 🤮

Had delivery a bunch of times the last few years, first 10-20 times were 5/5 stars the last about 20 times the pizza is alittle hit or miss, definitely not horrible but not their best. The delivery service has always been great, service and timely wise!!

This place is absolutely wonderful! My mom lives in Pennsylvania, and I live in Texas and all she wanted was dinner and a desert from this restaurant. I ordered and put notes on the food requesting that they put happy birthday on her to go box if possible, and not only did they do it on one, but each box was had a sweet birthday message! And the delivery driver stopped to buy her a giant birthday balloon! My mom was so happy, and it was the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. I will always support and appreciate this restaurant, even from all the way over here in Texas. Thank you Guys!!!!
