Had a great experience today for lunch at Racks Brew House! Watched the first half of the college football game and the owner gave us great food recommendations and great conversation. The chicken wings and cheesy bread are amazing! Pear cider and Racks beer were also great! We will be back for sure!

This was our first visit and what a pleasant surprise! It was Mother’s Day and there was a special drink and dessert! The owner was working and wanted us to try a few of their brews before deciding on what we wanted. I ended up with a flight of 2 different choices one cider and one of the special brews! My friend had a blonde ale which was delicious! Food was great! Pierogies….AMAZING!!! Seriously don’t skip these!! We learned some fun history about Elkland too! We live close and will be back, but if you live here or are just visiting it’s definitely worth a stop!! They have wine and some other beers as well, but you won’t get past their homemade brews! Even if you don’t think you like craft beer…try again.

Went to eat dinner with another couple and ordered our food, the other couple got food and we waited for 30 minutes and still hadn't been served. We cancelled our order paid for our overpriced drinks and left. Only good part was the waitress was professional and nice.

Service was top notch, and the food was delicious. Stumbled across this while hiking at Ricketts Glen. It's about an hour drive from there, but it's totally worth it! Kid friendly, too!

Our daughter ( received her master's) and had a graduation party here, the finger foods were great and there was chocolate chip cupcakes with chocolate chip frosting plus a mini chocolate chip cookie in the frosting those were wonderful. It's beautiful inside, few pictures w/ cute sayings, some merchandise to purchase should you so desire - I had a grape wine slushy which tasted awesome - couple tables w/ chairs that actually my husband ( 6 foot 3inches) could sit comfortably at, a cute fireplace, the decorations are fantastic and for a small place there was plenty of seating and they also have a small bar to sit at. I recommend you try it for yourself.

Rack’s is the perfect spot if you want to have a relaxing meal with family or visit with friends! No rush to eat and leave. Consistently provides fresh ideas for great entertainment. The menu is unique for the area. We had my husbands 50th birthday party there and the provided a meal for everyone to enjoy. 100% the best gathering spot in Elkland.
Parking: You can park for free on main st or parkhurst st and be within feet of this establishment
Kid-friendliness: We’ve been there for music and parents have brought kids in and the kids were dancing and having a great time! They have a couch where I’ve seen kids relax.
