The hard ice cream is awesome and I highly recommend the Butter Pecan in their amazing waffle cones; however, the soft serve is by far the worst I've ever tasted. If you forget to request the hard ice cream in everything, then you end up with something inedible and, on more than one occasion, I've thrown out orders after one bite into the soft serve. Honestly, I wish the default was hard ice cream because it just makes everything taste better. For perspective, my children used to dislike going here after school until we realized the issue was the soft serve and once we switched they loved it.
