All of the reviews left saying that the drive through is more important to the employees...very correct. I went in for my lunch break from work and my order of an 8 piece nuggets and 8 piece mozzarella sticks took a total of đ„ AN HOUR to get out to me! On top of that, I had to REMIND them that I had not gotten my food, and when I told them I was greeted with a very inappropriately given dirty look and snarky comment mumbled to the cashier. Their food sucked, and unfortunately there's only one semi decent manager there, who in fact, is the one who gave me the dirty look and passed the snarky comment. I understand the food business is tough and grueling, however, there is a level of professionalism you need to have when working with customers regardless of the crap day you're having.
Having to wait over an hour on 8 nuggets and mozzarella sticks is absurd. Several people asked for their money back and left that day without food. Truck drivers, who work overnight and make quick stops to small towns to grab a quick bite, had to leave because their food was taking forever to get out to them and they needed to get back on the road. It's truly insane the way the Ellwood BK runs.
Not sure why it's even still open. Just shut down already.

After a long day, my family and I decided to go to BK for dinner. We went through the drive thru, our bill came to like $40 and all I had was $100 bill, they refused to take it (I worked at BK, and other fast food restaurants for a long time when I was younger, in the drive thru window and never had any problem taking any $ amount!!!!(thatâs why there are counterfeit pens to check bills!) So after leaving, we went to McDonaldâs, where they had no problem taking the $ and the food was correct, hot, and fresh. I doubt my family and I will return, esp since this just one instance upon many others.

Today (8/3/2024) I ordered one of those small fiery wraps online. I asked for no tomato add pickles. When I got home OF COURSE it had tomato and zero pickles. I worked in the food industry for many years. It is not hard to read a ticket!
Food was great, but the wrong sizes, and it took an extra 15 minutes to get my 3rd drink. (I went through the drive thru)

It's been years since I've eaten Burger King.
On the way home I decided to have BK.
I originally went in with their 2 for $5 BK Jr burgers. While inline I saw their patty melt. Looked good, I figured why not. Placed the order to go. After thinking about it, I didn't think it would be a good road sandwich. I picked up the to-go bag, glanced at the time. I decided to sit down & eat. It was a very good sandwich. The fries were nice & hot. Not having BK in such a long time, I thought their fries were also pretty good. The employees were friendly. I over heard a few customers & employees say good bye to each other using their names.
I think in today's hurry hurry world, it's nice to know the employees know their customers by name.

Very clean and welcoming environment.
Anytime I ever go through the drive through the greeters sound like they hate their job and the last thing they want to do is take your order. Itâs the most uncomfortable feeling ever. When I pull up to the window itâs not much better. The food is cooked but usually the buns arenât even browned and the grease on the burgers is unreal. Daylight is better because I believe they have employees and managers that actually care about their jobs. I am fully disabled so my only option is the drive through. Because of this generally in the evenings i will go to McDonalds where the drive through employees are pleasant and more professional.

Food is good when its made right. Messed my fish sandwich up 3 times in a row going there. Floors often sticky and dirty.

My husband and I went to this establishment on Nov. 16 and ordered food. The young lady that took our order seemed to be in a rush to get through the process of taking our order so unfortunately we did not "have it our way" that night. Called them as soon as we got home and realized our order was COMPLETELY wrong. Spoke to Brittany (who in my opinion is one of the best if not THE BEST manager they have working there) who said the entire order would be replaced on our next visit. We returned the next day (Nov. 17) to give the employees another chance to make our food correctly. They again COULD NOT get the order correct (2 lg bacon and cheese triple whopper meals. One sandwich was supposed to have lettuce and tomato with extra cheese the other only lettuce and onion.) Not a difficult order to make correctly. Yet again Brittany said the next time we come in our food would be replaced. Fast forward to today... Chloe was the manager on the shift and sadly she was very rude and didn't even bother to make sure to give us our drinks, even after I asked her for our cups. She chose to completely ignore my request and instead mutter a smart remark to her grill team ("she checked and said there was no cheese on her burgers. All I'm trying to do is make everyone happy.) My husband and I left without our drinks because it was apparent she didn't want to deal with us past giving us our food. I would not recommend this establishment considering the crew all 3 times COULDNT make the order correctly. YOU DEFINITELY CANNOT HAVE IT YOUR WAY there.
