Anytime I ever go through the drive through the greeters sound like they hate their job and the last thing they want to do is take your order. It’s the most uncomfortable feeling ever. When I pull up to the window it’s not much better. The food is cooked but usually the buns aren’t even browned and the grease on the burgers is unreal. Daylight is better because I believe they have employees and managers that actually care about their jobs. I am fully disabled so my only option is the drive through. Because of this generally in the evenings i will go to McDonalds where the drive through employees are pleasant and more professional.
Food is good when its made right. Messed my fish sandwich up 3 times in a row going there. Floors often sticky and dirty.

My husband and I went to this establishment on Nov. 16 and ordered food. The young lady that took our order seemed to be in a rush to get through the process of taking our order so unfortunately we did not "have it our way" that night. Called them as soon as we got home and realized our order was COMPLETELY wrong. Spoke to Brittany (who in my opinion is one of the best if not THE BEST manager they have working there) who said the entire order would be replaced on our next visit. We returned the next day (Nov. 17) to give the employees another chance to make our food correctly. They again COULD NOT get the order correct (2 lg bacon and cheese triple whopper meals. One sandwich was supposed to have lettuce and tomato with extra cheese the other only lettuce and onion.) Not a difficult order to make correctly. Yet again Brittany said the next time we come in our food would be replaced. Fast forward to today... Chloe was the manager on the shift and sadly she was very rude and didn't even bother to make sure to give us our drinks, even after I asked her for our cups. She chose to completely ignore my request and instead mutter a smart remark to her grill team ("she checked and said there was no cheese on her burgers. All I'm trying to do is make everyone happy.) My husband and I left without our drinks because it was apparent she didn't want to deal with us past giving us our food. I would not recommend this establishment considering the crew all 3 times COULDNT make the order correctly. YOU DEFINITELY CANNOT HAVE IT YOUR WAY there.

Never got sick here. But you'd think you would get sick, based on the kind of people that work there. The place seems super sketchy and the employees all do too. It's a very grimey burger king. They could use more, uh, quality employees. To say the least. Otherwise the food IS good. Never had any issues with the food there.

Took my son for his birthday. The person on cash register was polite and Friendly. We got exactly what we ordered and we only had to wait a few minutes. The restaurant was very clean.

It seemed like they were training someone maybe.. it wasn't busy at all.... But there seemed to be lack of communication or like I said a new person because 2 different people started preparing my order I stopped one and let them know lol... And it somehow got real messed up anyway... I only ordered t 1 cheeseburger with medium fry and a small frozen coke.And a 8 piece with a large fri honey mustard and a large frozen cherry drink.I ended up with a hamburger and a large frozen cherry no fries for that oneAnd a 8 pc a large fri and a medium cherry..Kid-friendliness: They weren't exactly very friendly either, my daughter (7yesrs old) complimented the cashier and she just kinda stared at her never said anything.

Stood in line at the ordering registers inside for almost 15 min and no one even asked if I wanted to order. The one girl just kept taking drive thru orders and ignoring me. A guy was sitting at the tables with a tablet of some kind . Came into ordering area,ignored me. Went to back came back out and sat back at a table. Was trying to order food for my grandkids. Left took my business to McDonald's. Seems the drive thru is more important than people inside. Oh and there wasn't a line out there either. This was about 8:50 this morning June 2 nd
Went in to order some lunch. First person at the cash register, walked away and took a tray to someone in the dining area. Then she went outside. An employee, off duty, cut in front of me and ordered his meal. That was enough for me. Never going back there again.

I order a crispy chicken wrap and got this. No cheese, sauce that is not ranch, and a chunk of chicken. Also what is up withe the tomato! Very little lettuce as well. Very very disappointed. Do better bk

How hard is it to put sauce for provolone sticks every time you bag the food??? No ketchup for fries, no marina for provolone sticks. Service is horrible!! Why should I have to ask for normal things that go along with a takeout including napkins?? Come on!!!
