My ordered got delivered to another location by accident. The staff apologized and took the charge off my card. To make up for it, they redid the order and I was not charged for it. Mistakes happen but they made it right.

These guys work their butts off and make great pizzas. I had given up on Dominos after a franchise near Pittsburgh was really bad. But these guys brought me back. Great pizza, great prices and awesome specials.

This is my second time carrying out. Poor staff were overwhelmed by all the orders and I wasn't having it. My order wasn't ready at the specified time. I was pretty upset but realized other people have hard days too. The gentleman (staff) at the counter appeared overwhelmed and I thought to myself..why being a pain in the butt would help matters. Kudos to you guys. My apologies and Happy Thanksgiving.

Can’t beat Domino’s delivery. Is it the best pizza in Ellwood City? Absolutely not. But the price, and not leaving your house cannot be beat.Delivery has always gone smooth for me, and the drivers are nice.

I tried to claim my free 2 topping pizza and it keeps saying coupon invalid so I call Dominoes and they say we don't really deal with the coupons on our dominos app... so I said I would scale down the order and order Elwell for the rest and asked for corporates number... she gave it to me and hung up without taking my order

Idk if it’s a specific crew, but they’re getting slower and slower with making orders. They stand around and talk and play games before even considering making food. By far the slowest service I’ve ever received from this place. Even on a busy day/night. Seems like they need to figure out that customer service should be more important than pointless conversing with lack of haste.

I don't know what happened to Domino's or maybe its just the one in Ellwood city but they are just terrible. I ordered a cali chicken pizza it was ok. The crust tasted salty in which i did not care for. I guess it was one of two bad choices on this order. The second item i ordered was the bacon tator tots.i couldn't even eat those they were absolutely terrible. They were kinda crispy on the outside and not cooked all the way on the inside. It was like they put them in a to hot of an oven. A total disappointment Domino's.
