Ordered 2 burritos, two chicken tacos, a chalupa and a chicken enchilada. What I received seemed nothing at all what I ordered. Everything was beef when I ordered chicken.... and the beef wasn't seasoned. Just cooked plain beef. Honestly so disappointing..

My family came in Tuesday for dinner. I am the biggest fan of tacos and so was excited to try taco salad , however the beef had absolutely no taco seasoning at all. The kids ordered chicken tacos and the same issue. Drink choices are VERY limited . So 50 dollars for a family of 4 and we all left hungry. Was absolutely terrible.

I don't know what happened. For a few mo ths they had an amazing manager, always quick service, always good food. The last couple months he's gone and the service has plummeted. They never get your order right. Even if they repeat it back to you correctly it will be wrong. It takes am hour to get food. I'll call 45 minutes ahead of time for food be told 20 minutes amd still wait for my food. Don't bother.

Typically I wouldn't even do this for a bad service situation, but this was REALLY bad.I placed an order over the phone which I was told would take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. I even waited 20 minutes to leave my house so I could be sure the food would be ready when I got there (I had my almost 2-year-old daughter with me and she can be a handful in "waiting" situations). Once I got there I stood at the front for an awkward amount of time holding my child before the lady came to me so I could tell her I had placed a phone order. At that point I was probably in there another 20 minutes before she actually brought my food out. She handed me my food while I'm sitting at the front counter. She then proceeded to check out two other tables that have walked up to the counter before she checked me out who had already been waiting there and ungodly amount of time. During this time a guy that was sitting at a table with his wife had walked up and asked about his food that they had been waiting on for almost an hour. Either way, my order ended up being $50 which was a decent bit over what I would typically pay for something like that. It wasn't until I got home with the food that I realized she had given me a gigantic cup (at LEAST 30 something ounces) of cheese dip and charged me $13 for it. I literally just ordered a large cheese dip. I didn't say anything about getting half their supply. So I had to go all the way back up there and get a refund for the cheese dip. This was a really terrible experience. Which is pretty unfortunate because the food is kind of decent.(The photo is of the half gallon of cheese dip they gave me)

I do not know what is going on with this place. I was a very steady customer at the New Castle restaurant then the Ellwood City restaurant opened. They moved from location by the Dollar General to the under pass on 5th street. The girl running then show is very difficult to deal with. I place an order to go they tell me 20 minutes. When i get there to pick the order up in 20 minutes she takes the order again and I have to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook the order. Then they come out with the wrong order and expect me to take it. What happened to the guy that was running the place? I give up I’m not going back. This happens at least every three orders.

I had their Friday special. It was delicious! The manager is very knowledgeable about food allergies (I am gluten-free & have a lemon allergy). The manager looked at all the ingredients of the special & was able to change it so that I wouldn't have any issues.
