I was at an event that had special ordered vegan donuts from Kimmel’s. If I hadn’t been told they were vegan, I would not have known. They were delicious. If these are an indication of the rest of their wares, I will be a frequent customer.

Let me start by saying Tammy is a tremendous baker. I have no complaints about the quality of the product. I do have a problem with the customer service and straight up lie. We purchased cookies and cupcakes for my daughters birthday recently. We were quoted a price for both of the products that was doubled when we went to pick everything up. The bakery compensated us the money for the cookies as it was a difference of like 10 cents a cookie. However, we were charged a lot more for our cupcakes due to Tammy saying it is because they took longer to decorate (Flower Cupcakes). Again, she did a great job however the bakery failed to tell us with the work and a few other touches we wanted it would double the cupcake costs! Tammy kindly said she would adjust the price back correctly as we were quoted. Which is almost like an 80 dollar difference (significant right!?) My mom and dad arrive at the bakery and the owner I believe Bill told them there is no way we were going to get that money back. My mom and dad said, but "Tammy told us." Bill didn't care and would rather lose customers then giving us the money we were promised back. We don't live right in the city, so my family wasted gas money for a refund PROMISED to us, and he didn't honor his top baker. A man or women is only as good as their word, and clearly Kimmel's Bakery does NOT back their word. I don't care if Tammy offered us 100 dollar refund or 10 cents, the owner should have his top bakers back. What a sad business model!
