Im honestly done with this fast food establishment. Pretty much all fast food establishments. This one in particular is nonstop with the problems. Food is either sloppy, not done right or missing. Staff, minus the 1 elderly man who works drive through are all rude and unprofessional. Have yet to encounter anyone other than him who didn’t have an attitude or lack of customer service. Even personal hygiene or professional appearance is lacking with almost all employees. I can see why this place has a ton of negative reviews.

All the time we come here we normally have a good experience. Today the store manager did not handle a situation we had well. The manager gave us issues with our order. The app was not working. They were missing things with our order and instead of fixing the issue they told my husband to get back in line (there were cars completely wrapped around the building). I will definitely be calling into Customer Support to report this issue. EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING. I NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE OTHERWISE.

Ordered a combo meal they made me pull out front. Brought just my burger when I asked for my fries they said you only have the burger. No receipt for my food to prove I paid for a combo because I ordered a combo. Not only wrong for paying for combo since I didn't have any fries. I haven't been to McDonald's in a year because of orders always being wrong so, save to say I won't be back

Their prices are expensive for a drink they want 3 dollars when most people only earn approx ten dollars an hour in this economy. Then they want to get you to use their McDonald's app so they can get all of your purchase history, location history, and banking information in the name of discounts and free items and saving money. How far will they go when we find out there has been a data breech to all McDonald's app users ? Oops sorry that's all we will get
