The workers are nice and the food is good, but I would choose a different location if you prefer to get the right order. Today we had to pull up from the drive through only to get home and find they didn't give us any of the fries that were ordered. When we pay for extra sauce, it's a toss up on whether we get it. If you order a spicy egg mcmuffin, you can't drive away because 90% of the time they gave you a sausage one and you have to go in to get it fixed. I used to the spicy egg mcmuffin multiple times a week, but only received the right one twice - the rest I had have fixed or ripped the nasty sausage off (now I drive to another location for it). My wife has multiple show us your email for free crap solutions which are useless and go unused because the last thing I want to do is go inside to deal with it.
Normally I'll fix reviews but this is a decades long issue here.

i waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins all i ordered was 3 things didnt even get an apology or anything!!! one guy was just standing around literally put my drink by the window but didnt give it to me and went outside to smoke while there was a huge line behind me went at 10:42 left at 11:10 at night!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Honestly I never review a damn thing... last 6 times these people just don't put onions on mcdoubles ....ive even verified the ingredients just for the food to come out wrong anyway ... no pride in children... management is neglectful to quality ...6 times thats 3 months of the same exact mistake...

The young man working change window was amazing..gave him a 50 and he physically counted back my change and told me to have a great day...what a sweetheart appox 8 am dark haired young man..then I move to pickup window and the lady there was incredible..I have had the privilege of talking to her on previous visits..outstanding customer service beginning to end!!!!! Way to go Ellwood mcdonald's

Ordered unsweet tea, two days in a row. Both teas tasted off and prevented me from drinking. Also have to deal with employees who can't count change. If your in retail of any kind, learn to count change.
Always a surprise in Ellwood. Ordered a muffin , a small coffee and a egg and cheese biscuit for my wife. Got home, muffin fine, biscuit had NOTHING on it, just a plain biscuit cut in half.You would think thats impossible but not in Ellwood. Always check your meal before you get home , odds are about 50/50 thats it right.

During off-hours or weekends in the evenings or late at night literally if you're the only car in drive-thru you have to turn off your gas and sit there and wait for 15 minutes they take their time they give you an attitude and they barely ever get the order right

This is my favorite McDonalds. There is another one a few miles closer to me but I prefer to travel further to this location. It doesn’t matter when I stop or if I eat in or go through the drive thru I always have excellent service and fresh food.
