What a find!!! We’ve been in this area for over 29 years and just happened upon ThecBlue Shutters! As a group of confirmed “foodies” we have very high expectations for our dinners out. Excellent service, Brianna was very helpful in making recommendations, and she did Not Disappoint. Great decor, unique rooms, delicious options. We are every one of the appetizers, the prime rib was seriously ridiculous, the shutters shrimp excellent and fresh, and everyone was so impressed with their options. About to order the ice cream cream puffs and God knows what else, what a wonderful meal, excellent service and lovely ambiance, it feels like we are far away from the Poconos, yet only 20 minutes from The Hideout!! Great choice! Brianna is an excellebt maitre’d, and Lily was a very sweet and experienced server.

Love this place, just came here for the first time with friends and it did not disappoint. From the drinks to the appetizer, the whipped ricotta was amazing, to the dinner was delicious. The service was inviting and very professional and the atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. Definitely coming back and next I’m gonna try the brunch.

It was our first time dining at Blue Shutters restaurant, we heard many good things about the restaurant and ALL we're true!!...The wait staff was very attentive and friendly!...We dine out every weekend and have been to many restaurants all over the area and we thought the Food, atmosphere and Wait staff were one of the best we've encountered !!!!..Highly recommend Blue Shutters for an Amazing Dining experience!!

We went there to eat for the first time last night and it was awesome. The venue is so nice and the wait staff was very pleasant. We ended up having a drink with the owner at the end of the night and he was legitimately one of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. So glad we found this place. Will definitely be going back.

The cocktails were an incredible start to our experience, as each of them were very meticulously handcrafted and there was something for everyone. The appetizers were perfect to share amongst the table so that we each got a taste of everything. All of our entrees were delicious and were selected based off of suggestions from both the General Manager and our server. I highly recommend The Blue Shutters!

Our family celebrated our 40th anniversary with a lovely brunch yesterday. The Blue Shutters was beautiful, live piano music added a soothing vibe, and food was great. Wait staff and bartender were wonderful! We sat inside, but outside dining area was very inviting too. We will definitely be back!
Parking: Lots of parking and opportunity to pick up and drop off at the door. Easily handicapped accessible.

An absolute hidden gem of a restaurant in Elmhurst!! We had the best meal, in a long time, from start to finish. Our server Nicole was so nice and made us feel so welcome she felt like an old friend. The lollipop lamp chops were fantastic and the duck special was phenomenal. The tiramisu was so good it had to be house made. I really enjoyed the lemon balm spritz too, a perfect cocktail for a summer evening. We can't wait to go back
