Now that they kicked Gaetano Ciccione out of the kitchen, it seems to be outrageous!!

All food was prepared to perfection. Desserts are indulgent and ALL made there, including the ice cream. ALL staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable in offering suggestions when I told them my preferences. Try it and see for yourself!

I’ve been to blue shutters restaurant two times within the last month and had great experience both times. The first time in the dining room with our server, Nikki, and last night sitting at the bar with our bartender, Jesse. The food, Atmosphere ,, and Service is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

Nice place, but the food leaves a bit to be desired. We were with a group of 7. Three of us had dishes that were significantly overcooked. The pork cutlets were tough and the chicken BLT was overdone to the point of being inedible. This was our second time at Blue Shutters, and it is unlikely we will go back.

Absolutely ? loved the food , the service , everything about this place! I got the delmonico steak! It was soo juicy & flavorful. The garlic butter sauce to go with it was amazing ? The staff is FANTASTIC! Thank you soo much for a great Friday night dinner ? Will definitely make this our new "date night" spot! Thanks again!!

Highly recommend. Awesome food and drinks and everything else. I was honestly expecting a much larger bill for the gfs birthday dinner.

Food was adequate. Decor is not in keeping with the building - they have tried to create a 1930s island feel.Drinks - no draft beers. Cocktails were pricy.

Fantastic place. Highly recommend. As a party of 6 on a weekend night, I was not even expecting to get a table, but they were able to accommodate us very quickly. The service was fantastic. We never found ourselves needing anything. The food was also top notch. We had a variety of options and everyone in our party raved about their individual meals. Really great place.

We've been here many times. We've always loved the food. Last night meatloaf wasnt good & I don't know what I was served. I don't eat shrimp. My order was off the specials for the night the waiter mentioned. I didn't hear him say shrimp even though he told me twice what the entree was. The brocolini wasn't cooked either. The meatloaf was always terrific here. The salad was fabulous like it always is & the drink was terrific. Bartender was terrific. Off night for the entrees for sure. I think we will try again since we always raved & loved previously.

The food was OK, but my dish was not hot at all. Lukewarm at best. At first, the room we sat in was really cold until they turned the heat on. Lastly, the service left a lot to be desired.

Nice find! Filet had a nice charbroil crust medium rare was so perfect I was amazed. Steak melted in my mouth. Next time, I will get the sauce on the side. Chicken was very moist, and wow, what a flavor.I tend to never give 5 star ratings cause there's always room for improvements. They deserve it understaffed, but they did a great job you really wouldn't have known. We came early for a 6:30 reservation, so we went to the bar for a drink. Bar was small, maybe 8 stools, but very quaint.Perfect place for a nice evening out romantic, family gathering, or just casual.Vegetarian options: Salads. Pasta.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp

Wanted to try a new place for my wife's birthday. I made a reservation for a Friday night at 6:30. We arrived on time and were greeted pleasantly and seated promptly. We both tried a holiday eggnog cocktail which was delicious but heavy on the ice for a small glass. We got complimentary bread with a butter, honey, garlic spread. It was so good I asked for more which was quickly delivered. For dinner I had the red snapper with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I am not an asparagus eater but this changed my mind. The whole meal was delicious. My wife had the eggplant which she enjoyed. It was a large portion so she took half home. Neither of us had room for dessert so I can't comment on that. The meals are pricey but worth the money especially for a special occasion. The place was decorated for Christmas and has an upper class ambiance compared to other places in the area.
