Average pizza shop. Conveniently located with other stores in Elverson. Open til 9pm on a Saturday which is nice. Ordered two hot subs and pizza. The pizza was good; not over cooked, not too greasy, just enough cheese. It's hard to mess up a traditional pizza. The steak sandwiches were ok. Definitely something you want to eat at the restaurant and not drive home 10 minutes away. Although the food was still hot when we got home, the bottom of the rolls were soggy. There was too much roll compared to meat ratio. The sauce was blended with the meat so it was evenly distributed throughout the sub but still enough sauce/grease to make the bottom soggy. Was told they had chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. There was no chicken. Again, something that should be ate at the restaurant because the fries were coated with ranch and were soggy. The cheese was on top and harden by the time we got home, so it wasn't the best choice having to dig for fries. Overall not a bad place to eat if you don't feel like cooking at home but my first choice sub shop closed at 8, so this was my only other option. Did not want to do the other fast food in the areas

First time there. It was a good hoagies. Waited 25 minutes for four hoagies. Went up to check on hoagies & we’re told we would be called when done. They finally started calling names and raised my hand like I was back in school. They brought the meal as a takeout & two of the hoagies were wrong. They forgot the side dishes that I had to return to the counter. The hoagies were full and were good once they arrived and corrected. Customer service was not up to task. What would have this visit better would have been a wait staff specifically since there was 12 staff behind the counter. I agree with the other post - Go to Nuses deli!

We’ve spent probably thousands of dollars with you guys with takeout orders. Disappointed when I called tonight and the girl answering the phone was super rude when I didn’t hear what she said she nastily repeated it back to me. I get you guys are busy but customer service should be a little nicer when taking orders.

AJ's has quick and friendly service in a clean and welcoming environment. I had a BBQ chicken pizza. The crust and the cheese are amazing, but I can only give the pizza a 7/10 as the chicken, though spread about perfectly, was a bit bland. Boiled maybe.Not so say anything bad about the place as I am definitely going back for a classic pepperoni as I feel that will be absolute perfection. I will note a number of patrons ordered their buffalo blue cheese pizza, seemed to be a pretty popular item.If in the area, I do recommend AJ's Family Pizzeria.

Really good selection of slices and special slices . Nice and crispy on the bottom . Great flavor of sauce and cheese . Awesome garlic knots aswell . Only thing they can do that would help is put a sign to where the parmesan cheese is ,which is in the fridge which most places don't do that . But I am happy they do sense cheese should be kept cool . definitely will be back
