Ordered through drive through. I wanted to purchase jalapeño poppers but were cranky that they had to make new ones so just got fries. When arrived at window we were given half empty drinks and then they proceeded to tell us to pull up and wait for fresh fries. So what was with the attitude about making someone else fresh when we had to wait for fries anyway? And filling our drinks up half way is crazy hence they aren’t even doing the bare minimum of there job.

The food was excellent, well-prepared and absolutely delicious. To my surprise, the place also doubles as a petting zoo! I even got to feed a tiny mouse right in the dining area! What a fun and unexpected experience. I loved the food and the unique atmosphere. Don’t forget to ring the bell before you leave!

Went through drive thru had to wait and pull over for my order. Drove across to my job at Lowe's to find the complete wrong order. Ordered burger and fries got 2 roast beef and fries. Was at work so couldn't go back. Guess what. They don't answer the phone!

Im giving this a low rating because of one person. I went in the other night, ordered the food and sat down. Everything was fine until I heard this one older lady just start screaming at everyone. Loud enough to whetr everyone in the dinning room looked her way. I went up after I ate to buy a pastry to bring home and saw her name was Kim. I saw her tag because she was yelling at the young cashier while he was taking my order. Someone like that does not belong in a customer based business. Until she is gone I'm not going back.

Place looked clean and I like the attempt to add more to menu but needs some work. Burger was dry. Mozzarella sticks were not as good as usual. Classic roast beef was very good. I also ordered an unsweetened ice tea and received a soda instead. They were not busy at the time.
I was very impressed with my visit to the Elverson location. EVERYTHING was very clean. The staff was genuinely polite. The way they communicated to each other was impressively polite and courteous. They were all efficient in collecting my order promptly. I am very appreciative to them. It was an extremely enjoyable experience compared to any other restaurants I have visited. I will be returning. Thank you to the staff on shift today. You should be proud.
