Worst DD we ever been too. Cold food, no customer service. They don’t call out your number. Heck the automatic kiosk dosent give you a receipt. Thank the lord there is a Starbucks close. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I went up to the counter to look in the case to see what kind of donuts were available. I noticed a bunch of little gnats flying around inside and on the donuts. I told the lady that worked there about the gnats flying around inside the donut case and her reply was, “ oh they won’t hurt anything, they are in there for the heat just to keep warm”. Duh NO THANK YOU! Keep your donuts and cold coffee!
Won’t be stopping there again!

Stopped to buy a couple donuts for my grandson. There isn’t an actual person to help you anymore. They have a kiosk to order from at the counter which doesn’t work for donuts that I could find. I’ve heard of poor customer service, they no customer service.
Plus for some reason this particular location doesn’t sell vanilla cream filled donuts anymore.
Strange location, I do not DO NOT ! !!! Recommend

Only received half my order of munchkins yesterday so I called to resolve the issue, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. The service was quick and I understand why now. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

No cashiers anymore. 2 big screens to place your order and pay. Very confusing screens and with all that technology, they still get your order wrong. This dunkin went from a 2 star no stars.

Please change the person who takes the orders in the morning. Which i believe is the manager in a maroon shirt you come off as rude and have extremely poor people skills. No one wants an interaction like this at 8am in the morning.

unacceptable drink, this is what i was given (no i didn’t not drink any yet). foam on top is not cold foam and keeps going down more and more. As someone who used to work for dunkin, this is absurd. I ALWAYS have issues with this location, whether it be rude employees or my order is wrong, but this is my last straw and i will never go back to this dunkin. employees need retrained on how to make drinks and how to have acceptable customer service.

My girlfriend really wanted dunkin later at night and every dunkin near us was closed so we went to this one and the service was amazing! We ordered a drink and they accidentally messed up the drink order but they gave us the mess up and the correct one, And both were amazing! so one for me and my girlfriend! Above and Beyond Service New favorite Dunkin!

I’ve never seen so much help in one retail store with not one person actually willing to wait on you. I walked into the store instead of using the drive-thru, grabbed two drinks from the cooler and then proceeded to wait at the counter for literally 5 minutes with employees walking by, laughing and joking in front of me and not one person acknowledging that I was standing there. Not a “someone will be with you in a minute” not a hello, nothing! When I finally decided to ask the 3 employees standing in front of me if there was a problem and they looked at me like I was bothering them and then tried to decide between the 3 of them who would jump on the register…I left. And to the manager that was shouting in the back that you didn’t know your employee’s names, maybe in addition to learning their names you could also provide them with some basic customer service skills.
