No cashiers anymore. 2 big screens to place your order and pay. Very confusing screens and with all that technology, they still get your order wrong. This dunkin went from a 2 star no stars.

Please change the person who takes the orders in the morning. Which i believe is the manager in a maroon shirt you come off as rude and have extremely poor people skills. No one wants an interaction like this at 8am in the morning.

unacceptable drink, this is what i was given (no i didn’t not drink any yet). foam on top is not cold foam and keeps going down more and more. As someone who used to work for dunkin, this is absurd. I ALWAYS have issues with this location, whether it be rude employees or my order is wrong, but this is my last straw and i will never go back to this dunkin. employees need retrained on how to make drinks and how to have acceptable customer service.

My girlfriend really wanted dunkin later at night and every dunkin near us was closed so we went to this one and the service was amazing! We ordered a drink and they accidentally messed up the drink order but they gave us the mess up and the correct one, And both were amazing! so one for me and my girlfriend! Above and Beyond Service New favorite Dunkin!

I’ve never seen so much help in one retail store with not one person actually willing to wait on you. I walked into the store instead of using the drive-thru, grabbed two drinks from the cooler and then proceeded to wait at the counter for literally 5 minutes with employees walking by, laughing and joking in front of me and not one person acknowledging that I was standing there. Not a “someone will be with you in a minute” not a hello, nothing! When I finally decided to ask the 3 employees standing in front of me if there was a problem and they looked at me like I was bothering them and then tried to decide between the 3 of them who would jump on the register…I left. And to the manager that was shouting in the back that you didn’t know your employee’s names, maybe in addition to learning their names you could also provide them with some basic customer service skills.
Came here the other day to use the toilet and the dude wouldn’t even let me use it??? I mean tf I just had y’all coffee and I had to take a dump!! He told me to fight him (which I didn’t cause I ain’t causing drama over me using the toilet) and then he threw a drink in my face

What is the point of using the app if I put an order in for coffee on my way to work, get here 11 mins after my order was placed and they asked who I was, then made my coffees. Thanks for nothing

I got a dozen donuts here that all looked very fresh (I dropped them off at my mechanic's) and a breakfast sandwich which came out timely and tasted very good. I also saw that they had dog toys and so far my dog's entire morning has been made, she's enjoying the donut lol it's very good quality

This dunkin is literally(!!) the worst one in the area!! I go out of my way to avoid this specific dunkin. Every time I go here on the off chance that it’s my only option, they either don’t have something, or mess up the order. They’re all rude workers too!!
