Why did I wait so long to write this review? I have ordered from here for years; probably 100+ orders of food. They have the best pizza I've ever had; and I've eaten a TON of pizza. The perfect amount of cheese, sauce and crust with great flavors makes this the best. The cheesesteaks are phenomenal; and I've had a TON of cheesesteaks. The amount of meat they provide spills out of the fresh rolls and with fresh toppings. I don't personally know the owner...
This is one of those hidden treasure of a restaurant. We stopped by for quick bite and were blown away by their food. Their food is authentic, flavorful, and extremely homely. Their pizza is not the typical grease/butter laden, but is really light and flavorful. Their apps are also bang on. The owners are wonderful hosts and the service is good! We’d be definitely stopping by again - would most certainly recommend it again!
We were hiking at French Creek State Park and tried this place afterwards at random. We had the grilled chicken Caesar hoagie, buffalo chicken cheesesteak and a pepperoni personal sized pepperoni pizza. Everything was excellent, but the Pizza was the star! The crust was so good—perfect mix of crunch on the outside and chewy/soft inside. The hoagie rolls were excellent as well, which to me always takes a sandwich from good to great! We will definitely get food from here again...
