Great night at the Barn. Food and drink were amazing. Rylie, our server, provided excellent service and we loved singing along with Mike Kropp playing thr guitar We'll be back soon
Great little place with amazing staff (friendly, polite) and fresh, creative cocktails. The arugula beet salad and cashew-encrusted salmon were both delicious!
We always enjoy this place for dinner & drinks. Love the old barn with the restored stone interior. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Menu isn't large but it has a great balance of options for everyone. You will enjoy this place!
This is a fantastic place, with great food and wonderful service. The music sets a great background too. I love this place and it never disappoints!
Had the best time here catching up with friends! Our server Kristen was so kind and sweet. We will be back!
The food and service here were both amazing! We were quickly taken to our seat and served, and the quality was impressive! The drinks were so good we had to buy a bottle of their bourbon.
We stopped by for mother's day and it was a delightful experience!! The staff was SUPER friendly and gave us a friendly welcome. The restaurant is a bit small but very cozy. There was an area where they had live music playing. The menu was limited but so good. We tried their appetizers first and it did take a while to come so I recommend you order everything at once. The macaroni tart. Delicious. It's sweet, tart, definitely the highlight of the night. Their empanadas were also delicious! Definitely recommend those two dishes. I ordered their Briscot Burger and it was the perfect medium rare with juice oozing out. Their drinks were delicious, not many kid-friendly drinks but if you asked they would give you sherley temples. Besides the food taking a long time to arrive I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a cozy place to go eat dinner.
Sat at bar for 20 mins bartender was very rude n spoke to other employees n customers never took our order. Horrible service and experience!!! We were extremely excited to try this place out and went out of our way to come here, after a very long day.
Very disappointed!!! Walked and told bartender we were new and never here before and here response was “Well what do you want?”
Sat at a table next(basically attached) to the bar and she never acknowledge just after the first greeting. I then said we will sit at the bar and she said let me clean it off for you and never returned. We sat there for 15 to 20 minutes with no one greeting us or asking us if they could help us. Completely unprofessional. I was actually super excited to try this place out and drove out of the way and now I am completely disappointed.
Good was delicious. Services was prompt and friendly. Drinks were good and the ambiance was cozy. Two thumbs up.

Great ambiance with amazing service! Delicious food and drinks! A great little place to eat or just have a drink!
After a gorgeous morning hike at French Creek State Park, our group of 15 gathered at Botanery Barn Distillery & Restaurant for a post-hike birthday celebration, and I can confidently say it was one of the most seamless, welcoming and truly exceptional dining experiences I’ve had in some time.
From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to accommodate our large group with warmth and efficiency. Organizing a group this size can be a challenge, but the staff made it feel effortless, ensuring everyone was comfortable, taken care of and truly celebrated. The service was outstanding—genuine, attentive, and kind in a way that made us feel like regulars from the start.
And the food? Incredible. Every single person at the table made a point to tell me how blown away they were by the flavors, the craft beverages, and the overall experience. Whether it was the thoughtfully crafted cocktails, the perfectly balanced dishes, or the cozy yet elevated ambiance, Botanery Barn delivered on every level. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the atmosphere and execution, but this spot does just that.
By the end of the meal, there was one thing we all agreed on: we’ll be back. And not just that—we’ll be telling everyone we know to come experience it for themselves. Huge thanks to the entire team for making this birthday lunch so special. If you’re looking for an unforgettable post-adventure meal or a place to celebrate with great company, this is it.
This is truly a hidden gem in Chester County. The aesthetic is an old barn, complete with stone walls and wooden ceiling beams. They distill their own gin and bourbon and the drink menu is truly unique and tasty. And you get a pretty large bourbon drink for the price! The menu is on the limited side, but everything we've tried is great. One of the best burgers you'll ever have, and the pork tacos are another go-to staple. I highly recommend reservations Friday/Saturday to ensure you'll get a seat. Note they do have live music Friday and Sat, so be aware if you're seated in the bar area. It's on the small side, so the noise level will be louder. I would 100% give this a try if you are on the fence.
Revivalist Garden Gin is a rare jewel. The visual and flavor presentations are excellent. The distillery is attractive with indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good.
I love this place because it is local (I'm an Elverson resident) and the drinks are better than you'll get anywhere. Their gin is over the top good. Their live music is also very good. Last evening's experience was less than ideal because the table of 6 beside us was very loud and because I ordered an open face Cuban sandwich which was very greasy. If you're looking for a small place with atmosphere, good music and good drinks, this is the place for you. But, I wouldn't come if you don't want to spend $$ (food and drinks are pricey) and if eating options and portions are important to you.
