The ordering was a bit confusing, you can pay cash at the register or use your card with a kiosk and order that way also. However, the kiosk doesn't actually match up with items that they do have. I heard the employee tell a customer using the kiosk (who couldn't find what he was looking for) that it sometimes says they are out of items when they aren't and then also vice versa so that was odd. There were only two workers for the evening shift and they both looked frazzled so that wasn't great, I felt bad for them and they were both trying their best. I'm not sure that the kiosks actually work all that great besides the inventory problem, there were quite a few orders in front of mine that were wrong. Like what the customer had ordered and was on their receipt didn't match what the cook had seen. They were as speedy as possible and my fish sandwich was good.

Stopped to pick up lunch at the service center on PA turnpike. Wife went to self service to order chicken strips, but did not see any offered. The signage behind the counter showed their chicken offerings. She asked one of the employees why she could not order at the self service and if the employee could put in the order. The employee acted as if she was put out by the request, stated that she had to order at the self service and when asked why my wife could not get the chicken, she was told they did not get their chicken supply in. It was with an attitude like you were suppose to know that. No signage telling customers that chicken was not available. This person had an attitude and was rude. This was on the westbound side as the 3 lanes come to and end just before entering the tunnel.

Roy Rogers on the turnpike have discontinued their roast beef. This location was also sold out of all chicken, mashed potatoes, and french fries when we went.

Didn't know how to order no one was at the front. They had a touch screen to order on. The food i had ordered was not appeasing, bread was soggy burger had no flavor tasted like a microwave patty. Like you get from elementary school. Imo. Also wanted to order chicken tenders but they didnt have them in stock.. French fries were the only decent thing minus the all the salt. Oh & the onion rings were decent just a few. Spent 40 & went to the trash! Yuck
