Staff had an attitude, while being certain to let us know how to use pickup when it was our first time, I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate it if we spoke to them that way if we tell them to make sure they dont forget the whip cream. 0 tips I guess.

Staff was fabulous. Tried a protein latte but did not like the taste. Since I don’t put flavor in my latte there was nothing to cover it. The server asked how it was and graciously replaced it!

Tired Dad Makin' Stuff

This particular starbucks was not on their usual game. The sandwich was overcooked and the person taking the order never looked up at us and seemed down.

This Starbucks is the most inconsistent one I've ever frequented.One time my cup was 3/4 full of ice ,wheres the coffee?Today I didnt get what asked for.How does brown sugar cold foam sound like vanilla cold foam,and no cinnamon powder ,which i always ask for and get maybe 1/2 the time.One thing I've always loved about SB is the consistency of their drinks wherever you go,we'll not not this SB!Maybe leaving this review will help to get your batista 's to be more consistent.

Greedy overpriced company. Pay your poor employees more

The Starbucks employees at this location need to be trained in customer service skills. We walked in and there wasn’t a line, drive through was very light and the Brinks employee was there as they were settling the one cash register. There were at least four emoyees, one working the drive through and one filling muffins. Not one person said hello or welcome, the girls behind the counter who had nothing to do, said nothing. We were standing there gathering our order together for at least three minutes and still, no one said hello, will be right with you, nothing. I looked around at the girls standing behind the counter waiting for drive through orders and still nothing was said to us. After a few more minutes, I finally asked if one of the girls could take our order at the drive-through register, and they all looked at each other like they had no idea what to say or what to do and finally said they were for car orders, coming through the drive-through, which at that point there was only one. They all went their way as if this was an inappropriate answer and left us waiting. Not sure who the manager was as the professionalism in this facility is lacking, and in desperate need of customer service skills. We left and went over to Dunkin’ Donuts where we were greeted and treated nicely.
