The Starbucks employees at this location need to be trained in customer service skills. We walked in and there wasn’t a line, drive through was very light and the Brinks employee was there as they were settling the one cash register. There were at least four emoyees, one working the drive through and one filling muffins. Not one person said hello or welcome, the girls behind the counter who had nothing to do, said nothing. We were standing there gathering our order together for at least three minutes and still, no one said hello, will be right with you, nothing. I looked around at the girls standing behind the counter waiting for drive through orders and still nothing was said to us. After a few more minutes, I finally asked if one of the girls could take our order at the drive-through register, and they all looked at each other like they had no idea what to say or what to do and finally said they were for car orders, coming through the drive-through, which at that point there was only one. They all went their way as if this was an inappropriate answer and left us waiting. Not sure who the manager was as the professionalism in this facility is lacking, and in desperate need of customer service skills. We left and went over to Dunkin’ Donuts where we were greeted and treated nicely.

Have to change my review.
My biz partner and I go here nearly every day. I order a non-warmed cinnamon cake every time. These used to be good. The crumble on top plenty and dry. Now, for the past month or so, every time I order the cinnamon cake, it looks like someone sat on it, then threw it in water. So disappointed that this is happening now.

As always, the employee was friendly and the drink tasted fine so I’m not too sure what happened today. It’s annoying to pay for a Venti but only receive a Grande in a Venti cup 🙄🫤

We all know that Starbucks has the worst drive thru service, however this store in Morgantown pa doesn't even staff the drive thru window for the morning posted hours. Poorly managed store, bad service, bad management. Change the morning hours to 11:00AM so at least customers know what to expect.
