Disappointed, we came over here twice now and they don’t have any sandwiches. It seems strange they had several occurrences of running out of food at this Starbucks location. Coffee is still great. Crème brûlée Latte was on point, delicious.

This is what I received after (over) paying for a “venti” drink and this is at least the fifth time I payed full price and received a drink that 1/3-1/4 of it was empty. My husband did a pick up order or else I would’ve had them top it off at the store.

My husband did a pick up order or else I would've had them topped it off at the store. For what we pay at an overpriced coffee shop I would expect to at least receive my full drink size!!

Horrible experience, Lexi was extremely rude, and gave poor customer service. I have never experienced anything like this at any Starbucks location. They also decided to close the inside cafe for some odd reason and were only taking drive thru. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has done this before either. Still appalled with my interaction with Lexi. Do better.

We usually have a bad experience at this Starbucks, I just wish there was another one in our area we could go to instead. They usually get our (very basic) orders wrong and have slow, unfriendly service.

This location is constantly not making drinks right. I frequent very often to this Starbucks and not once have I ever gotten my drink made right(I am an ex Starbucks barista), especially with the cold foams. If someone is asking for foam, they want foam, not sweet cream on top of their drink. They are very picky about who they hire but can never get employees that actually make the drinks right, which is absurd due to the training they receive.

This is one of my go-tos and I went through the drive-thru like 2 minutes ago and the girl was rude AF. I said thank you TWICE to no response. If you’re having a bad day, stay your a$$ at home. I spend way too much money at Starbucks to get Dunkin or McDonald’s service.
