I like Wendy's, but this restaurant is just mediocre. The salads have been cut down in portion, but have increased in price by a few dollars. Shrinkflation I guess. The burgers and sandwiches are decent, but the fries tend to have a rancid oil aftertaste.

This place is generally a mess. I went tonight, and not only was the soda I ordered just coke-colored seltzer, they gave me the wrong change 🙄

This is the 4th or 5th time I have stopped at this location. Each time they are super rude or just plain short and stuck up. The first time I went a negative comment was made about me using a coupon on the app, to which the girl basically said it was a pain to only save a dollar. I use the app at McDonald's frequently and never had that response. I've also heard Employees complain openly when the drive thru window is open, making me really rethink my decision to stop. Doubt i will be coming back if getting food at an establishment makes me feel like I am doing something wrong.

If I would not give them 1 star I would’ve gave them a zero stars! First starting off with me I did my order on a kiosk and my parents were waiting to get helped I ordered French toast for breakfast with a sandwhich. I saw Chad touching my French toast with barehands like I don’t know where his hands were at last I told this girl name Kayla he gotta put gloves on that is the state requirement or I will not eat them since I’m pregnant!!!!!!! Kayla took my parents order up front my dad wanted number 6 and I don’t know what my mom got. But Kayla screwed up on my parents ordered thought it was French toast no!!!!!! Pay attention to the numbers on the screens behind you and double check. When my dad noticed his food was wrong he went up front to confront Kayla about it Kayla gave my dad some attitude gave me the dirty look. I’ll be calling the state on this business!!! I would never recommend this place!!!

We went through the drive-thru today and the woman who took our order was very rude and condescending. She didn't understand or hear what my husband was saying and started asking him questions like he was a toddler. It was very rude and very disappointing behavior for an adult woman in customer service to treat people that way. We didn't even finish our order because we were so shocked to be treated that way.
