Phenomenal little bakery, with reasonable prices and something for everyone. Staff are super friendly and about as sweet as the baked goods themselves. My personal favorites are the sticky buns and muffins, but everything else is just as amazing. Definitely stop by if you're in town, you'll be glad you did!

I make it a point to support small business and really wanted to support La Jaunt Bakery after all the great reviews. I called today to place an order for 6 cupcakes next weekend for my niece's 7th birthday that's being celebrated at Knoebel's- nothing fancy...just whatever they normally bake that I read SOO much about. It would have been convenient and I was willing to pay in advance. I was going to buy several other items available that weekend for family and friends to take home who also go to this area on occasion, but the gentleman that answered the phone stated we don't really do them much. Sorry! That was it- no alternative or maybe a suggestion of something else he could do. I really wanted to encourage others to go here, especially after reading all the reviews about cupcakes, etc. Their Facebook page also led me to believe that my request wouldn't be unreasonable as there are pictures of many cupcakes on there. Unfortunately, they willingly turn business away. There aren't a lot of places in Elysburg and I was excited to give this place a try but thankfully a business in Bloomsburg took my request and went out of their way to help us.

A small bakery nestle in the town of Elysburg. With amazing amazing amazing desserts they are so super nice there and I would recommend this place for anybody who wants a sweet treat!Prices are great! Go check it out!
The baked goods here are great and affordable. Plus, the owners are very nice. Only complaint is that the hours and days of operation are touch and go, so it's probably best to call ahead of time.The cookies lean more towards the thin and crispy end of the spectrum, which goes well with tea or coffee. My favorite is the Italian butter cookie since there's a hint of lemon that is pleasant. The sticky buns are fantastic and the cheesecake is rich and decadent, though the crust is a lot thicker than I'm used to. The cannolis are probably my least favorite, but they're still solid. We've also had the scones, muffins, and these butter garlic knot things. All very good.

Stopped by on a whim while in the area and got two of the sticky buns, they were wonderful and reasonably priced! Will definitely be returning!
