Waited at counter for 5 minutes, was told it would be a few minutes more. Then when someone came up they said use the kiosk. Looking into the prep area was scary . We went to Sheetz instead.

Our fiesta were cold and the lady thatctried to help the cashier was no good. She wasn't even listening to what I ordered. Had to repeat myself a few times then still mess up my order. Cashier asked her if she messed up she said no everything is good but I said no she did.

Everyone was nice and pleasant and on top of things. We just made it but was closing time for sit down area but we sat right by the door and no one said if we could stay or had to leave which was nice.

Horrible location. Food is never fresh and if your order is correct your very lucky. Our last order they forgot 4 orders of fries ,a 20 piece chicken nugget and a large drink. How do you forget that much of an order. Complete incompetence.

little girl at the window was rude, had a bad attitude and forgot my sprite. also we paid for a large root beer and got a medium. i opened my mcdouble, i found a hair on it and they didn’t add lettuce which i asked for and paid extra for
Must have been bad day for them. We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, no pickles and large coke. We received pickles on burgers and a dr. Pepper. We waited in drive through for at least 10 minutes

Stopped to get a soda. Drive thru had 4 or 5 cars. Decided to go in. There were 3 people standing waiting. One was a worker that finished her shift and was waiting for her food. I went to the front only to have a female worker look at me and continue to turn around and continue to fill orders. Didn't ask if I was waited on. And I was the only one standing there waiting to get waited on. Waited 5 minutes, until the girl that was off duty came and said how can I help you sweetheart? I said I just wanted a soda. She was so sweet. You could tell she was annoyed by the lack of service by her colleague . No one was at the register or even kept an eye out for potential customers. No one looked over except for that off duty worker. She is a gem!
